Dave & Amy are hopeful adoptive parents from Texas waiting to adopt a baby.
If you are pregnant and considering placing your child for adoption, please read the following Dear Birthmother Letter.

All About Amy…
“Amy is the best thing that has ever happened to me and I thank God each day for bringing her into my life. She is loved by all who know her – especially kids! Amy spends a lot of time with her nieces and nephews, as well as our friends’ children, and they all think she hung the moon! She has a zest for life and is truly the most positive person you will ever meet. Her passion for family and togetherness is part of what makes her so special. She is beautiful, smart and very funny. Amy is one of those people who loves to be doing something. Not only is she dedicated to me and her family and friends, but she is also active in her professional life and the community. She is a volunteer with the Junior League and loves helping people. This year she has been helping out at a local school created to help children afflicted with Downs Syndrome and she loves the work she is able to do there. I sit back and watch her in action and see the mother in her yearning to come out. I know she will be an amazing mother!”
All About Dave…
“Dave has the biggest heart of any man I know! He is truly my best friend and confidant and my one true love. We pretty much fell in love within the first week we were dating and have been together ever since. Dave is a great husband – he has an impeccable work ethic and strives for success in both his personal life and his career. He is always there for me, his family and friends -- no matter what. He loves being ‘Uncle D’ to all of the kids in our family and they absolutely adore him! One of Dave’s greatest passions in life outside of our family has to be his love of animals. He has rescued so many animals over the last 14 years that I have known him. Now this is something we share and do together. Some of the animals we have rescued and then nursed back to health and then found homes for. Some we have adopted and raised as our own. It takes a special man with a huge heart to do what he does and this is just one of the things that make him so special and lovable to me!”
Our Family & Friends
We feel blessed to have such a great network of family and friends who are super excited about the adoption. We are both very close to our families. Although Dave’s family lives out of state, we make sure we stay in touch and visit often. This past year we all met at Disneyworld and that was a blast! Amy has a big family and most everyone lives within 45 minutes of us. Amy and her Mom and sisters talk every day and love to travel together. Amy’s Dad lives out in the country on the ranch that Amy grew up on. We love that place! As a family we have lots of traditions. Some of our favorites include the annual costume party at Halloween where everyone has to dress up, even the grandparents, it is great! We also love to have a big barn party at the ranch complete with hayrides, live music and plenty of games for the kiddos! Speaking of the kiddos – the cousins in our family are very close and hang out often. Each year they perform a play at Christmas and Thanksgiving. Amy’s Mom came up with this to help the kids remember the reason for the seasons and they all look forward to it with great anticipation and of course we all just love to see them in action!
