Frank & Kim are hopeful adoptive parents from Texas waiting to adopt a baby.
If you are pregnant and considering placing your child for adoption, please read the following Dear Birthmother Letter.

Dear Birth Mother,
Hello! We are Kim and Frank. We really admire your strength, courage, and sacrifices you are making to carry your baby and search for a home filled with love, joy, and laughter. Hopefully, as you look through our profile, you will feel the warmth and love that surrounds our home, family, and friends. We want nothing more than to help make this journey a happy one for you and your baby. Our thoughts and prayers are with you as you make a difficult decision to choose a home for your baby.
About Us:
We met seven years ago and have been married for six wonderful years. We feel extremely blessed that God brought us together. From the moment we met, we instantly became best friends and then our love for one another continued to grow. Frank has two amazing sons, Michael is 16 and Matthew is 12. Since the boys only live 5 miles away, we are fortunate that they get to visit us in our home frequently. They are looking forward to having a sibling and changing diapers. We also have two Shih-Tzus, Katie and Honey Bunny, who would love to protect and play with a new companion. Together we are building a life we have both dreamed about. We look forward to the day when we get to welcome a new baby into our home.
What Kim says about Frank:
Frank was born and raised in Michigan. When he turned 18, Frank joined the U.S. Military. Frank has been in the U.S. Military for 23 years. The military has enabled Frank to explore the world and provide stability and great benefits for our family. Whenever I talk to Frank’s co-workers, they always mention how hard he works and how smart he is. When Frank retires from the military, he wants to teach high school students. Since I am also a teacher, this will enable us to spend more family time together. I love that Frank is dedicated to God, family, and his country. I also love that Frank smiles and greets everyone he comes in contact with each day. Frank is a wonderful father to his sons, Michael and Matthew. I am always amazed at how well he communicates with them. I have never heard Frank raise his voice to the boys, only an eyebrow. Frank has already proved what a wonderful father he is! Frank’s favorite things to do are reading, hiking, traveling, swimming, and piling everyone (including dogs sometimes) in the car to go exploring.
What Frank says about Kim:
There are many qualities I admire in Kim. Foremost is the way she loves me and our family. Before Kim, I had never been exposed to total and unconditional love from a mate. We truly make each other happy. She also is a gem to my sons and my family. My parents enjoy spending time with her and they are so happy Kim is their daughter-in-law. My sons love Kim because they know how much Kim cares for them.
Another quality I like in Kim is her fortitude. She faces difficulty with calm determination, and I know she can do anything she sets her mind to. A good example of this was when she earned her teaching certification while working full time. She was taking two or three classes at any time, while holding down things at home and work. I was really proud of her when she finally became certified to teach.
I believe that every person has at least one calling. Kim’s calling is to be a teacher. She expects a lot of her students, and her students work hard to meet the standards. Kim makes a great impact on these young people’s lives. Many express gratitude at having Kim as a teacher, a few stay in touch with Kim as they move on to upper school.
I know Kim will be a good mother because she is loving and devoted. She will be consistent, firm, and fair. She and I see eye to eye on raising children. We believe that loving a child means preparing him or her for the next step in life. Our child will have the chance to experience love, security, discipline, laughter, and the wonders of everyday life.
Kim and I enjoy experiencing the world around us. Each assignment in the Air Force has brought new surroundings to explore, new friends to meet, and plenty of opportunity for personal growth. Though we enjoy our time at home, we often spend a weekend day checking out our surroundings. We like to go to museums, zoos, botanical gardens, sporting events, and historical places. We also love to go to the beach! We are active and we stay involved in our community.
Kim has been my ideal partner. We love and respect each other, and this helps us get through times when we may have a disagreement. We would never hurt each other because we know that our marriage is forever. I recognized early on that Kim is really special and I am thankful every day that she is my wife and my sons’ step mother. I know she will make a great mother to any child who is lucky enough to have her.
Our Family:
Our family is extremely important to us and very supportive of our plan to adopt. Since we are a military family, we travel frequently to visit our family. Frank’s grandma, parents, brother, sister-in-law, nephew, and niece live in Tennessee. We love to get away to visit them. One of our family traditions is to celebrate the week of 4th of July with them. Frank also has aunts, uncles, and cousins in Michigan and Texas. Kim has family members in Arkansas, Florida, Oklahoma and Kansas. Kim’s mom and stepfather live in Arkansas and Kim’s dad is retired in Florida with his wife. Kim has an older brother and step sister, three nieces, and three nephews. We have also made many friends while moving with the military. When Frank retires from the military, our plans are to live near our parents, teach together, and spend lots of quality time with our family and friends.
Our Home:
We live in a quiet, safe, gated community with a pool, playground, tennis court, and many families with young children. Our house consists of four bedrooms, two and half baths, and two living areas. However, we spend most of our time in the backyard or in the kitchen. The baby’s bedroom is completely empty and ready to be painted and filled with a sweet baby, furniture, books, love, and laughter. The public schools nearby are wonderful, but we want our child to attend the private school where Kim teaches. We live three hours from the beach and a flight away from anywhere else we want to go. However, we must admit, we have much more fun driving to our destination when possible.
Lifestyle:
Our favorite things to do together are traveling, hiking, going to the beach, going to sporting events, cooking, and spending time with family, friends, and dogs. We love going to nearby towns to shop, go to museums and festivals, and eat at hometown restaurants. We also love entertaining family and friends in our home.
In closing:
We are so thankful that you took the time to read and look through our profile. Hopefully, you were able to see that we can provide your baby with a stable home built on unconditional love and acceptance. Your baby will know that we will always protect, always trust, always hope for the best for him or her, always persevere in guiding, and never let him or her down. We will provide a positive, happy environment and provide your child with the care and nurture he or she needs. We want nothing more than to have an open relationship with you as you carry your baby and for years to come. We are praying for you and will be extremely blessed if you choose us to raise your baby. Please call or email us anytime.
With love,
Kim and Frank
