• After our profile is activated can we make changes or additions?
• You can always make changes to your profile after it is activated. However, all changes must be approved by Adoption Profiles, L.L.C. staff. Your changes will be approved within 24 hours on a regular business day, and the day after a holiday or weekend. If your change can't be approved it will be noted in red.
• Can we have a link to our Parent Profile on another Web site?
• You can have a link to your profile from another Web site as long as the other Web site has no objection to your link being there.
• How do we get our profile reactivated?
• You will need to contact the staff at Adoption Profiles, L.L.C. at 1-800-FAMILY-NOW or email your name and profile number to info@parentprofiles.com about the reactivation process.
• How long do most couples stay on ParentProfiles.com before they get a match?
• Matches through Parent Profiles are based an a number of different things and it is difficult to quantify qualitative variables. However, it is accurate to say that in the past an average of 13 - 17 couples have been matched each month. This number grows as the number of couples on the site increases.
• How long does it take to activate our profile on the website of Parentprofiles.com after we request activation?
• As soon as Adoption Profiles, L.L.C. has all your required paperwork, your profile is completed, and the content of your profile has been approved your profile will be activated. This usually occurs within 48 hours.
• How much is your service and where do I find that information?
• A profile on Parentprofiles.com starts as low as $99.00 per month. All pricing for services and add-on features can be found in the "Package and Add-ons" and "Payment Options" sections of the Profile Builder Website. To access these sections simply create an account by entering your email address and password on the appropriate page of the Web site.
• I am setting up my password how long does it need to be and are there any restrictions?
• All password need to be 8 character long, the password is case sensative, and it cannot contain any "&" or "#" symbols within it.
• Who has access to the information I use to build my profile?
• All information is stored on a secure server and is not activated on the Parentprofiles.com Website until we have received all your paperwork, you have completed your profile, and you have requested activation.
