Our profile became active on May 27th and we immediately began to get emails from potential birthmothers. It was difficult when situations did not work out, but we knew that we would adopt the right baby at the right time. We were contacted by the birthmother of our beautiful son right after thanksgiving, exactly 6 months to the day that our profile had been online. Christopher was born on December 28th and we met him at the hospital on the 29th. We had not met his birthmother prior to his birth, but we exchanged emails regularly and she kept us up to date on everything. She met with our adoption agency a week after she first contacted us. Our lives will be blessed forever because she found us online. There are no words to describe the love and admiration that we have for her. She is amazing and has given us so much.
