It was only 4 months from the time we activated our profile until we were contacted by our birth-mom. We loved the freedom that parent profiles allow us...updating new pictures, our journal, and even changing our profile story if we wanted. Logging on allowed us to see how often our profile was being looked at...as the numbers rose, we felt like we were moving closer to an adoption. Our first contact ended up being a perfect match. We spoke by email and then phone and a month later, we met in person. Two months after that and we have another beautiful son at home. Thank you parent profiles for helping us become a bigger family!
