It's hard to put into words how amazing this whole experience has been and how much we love our baby girl. We placed our profile on-line at the end of February (using the Extreme Exposure option) and within a week and half we had three calls. One of those calls led to our meeting with our wonderful birth mother and birth father. They are very special to us and always will be. Our baby girl was born at the beginning of May, and we were able to be present at the miracle of her birth. The hospital was so supportive of us as adoptive parents and we were able to actually stay in the hospital with the baby in our room--I didn't even know that was a possibility. Our baby is now 6 weeks old and the center of our lives. Wow! Anyway, we still remember picking out all our pictures and writing our letter for the profile. It's a process, but so worth it. We're grateful for this opportunity to have placed our profile on ParentProfiles.com and grateful that it led us to our baby.
