It's not all that bad, really!

Vitamins

Your first need will be vitamins. You will need to have your doctor prescribe them or you can purchase an over the counter prenatal vitamin. All women will need to take prenatal vitamins as you will need the extra help throughout your pregnancy.

Foods To Eat

You need a well balanced diet. But, what is that? Here are some basic guidelines to follow:

Lastly, and one of the most important aspects is water. You will want to drink at least six to eight glasses per day of mainly water and juice but milk can be substituted. Stay away from soda!

Dieting

Dieting to lose weight during pregnancy is something that is touchy. In each case, your answers will be different.
