One day Josh got us these water guns and we totally had this huge water-gun fight. It was so funny! The girls eventually went and hid inside the house, but watched out the window (they didn't like getting squirted). We have fun times together.
This is our daughter Ellie. She loves to help out in the garden and is so careful to weed and watch out for her pumpkin. She is bright, cheery and wonderful girl who is SO excited to have another child in our family.
This is our daughter Ashley in our little garden. She loves to go out there and look for rolly pollies (potato bugs or pill bugs).
Josh and I like to go on dates. We believe having a strong marriage helps our family be happier. Here we practice paddling together.
Every year Josh's family has a reunion at Bear Lake in Idaho. This year was Ashley's first and she really took to the sand and very shallow water. We love spending time with our families and they can't wait for us to have another little one to love.
This is Ellie and her birthmom. We have been out to see them several times. We think keeping in touch is great and would love to have another open adoption.
This is a self-portrait of us after we got our new sexy red van. I told Josh that if we were going to get a minivan, it needed ot be red. And he went out and researched where all the red ones were, so we could just go look at those. He so caring.
If we were able to adopt your baby, we would be so good about staying in contact. We already had two open adoptions - what can we do for you?
Josh loves to build remote control planes - which we go fly - it is way fun!
Here we are on the porch of our home. We really love playing together (and having lots of tickle fights). We'd love another belly to tickle!
These are really cupcakes and Josh and I made for a ward party - hehehe - they were GREAT!
We love our house -we did the yard ourselves - a lot of work. But it is looking good now!
When we went to get Ashley, we toured around and saw lots of interesting things (we like historical stuff). Here we are in a jail that sometimes held up to 250 men - it must have been STINKY!!! (it is not stinky now, thank goodness)
Our church had a pinewood derby contest (when you make and race little wooden cars). I told Josh I thought the crayon car was cute - and he made it! And we won second place!! Go team!
Daddy and Ellie are making their famous Sunday cinnamon rolls. It makes a huge batch so we usually take some over to our friends. We love to cook and bake together (and of course we enjoy the eating too!)
