We travelled to Italy where we explored Venice, Cinque Terre, and Florence. We loved hiking between the tiny villages of Cinque Terre. These villages sit up on cliffs overlooking the ocean.

Debby travels to developing countries to volunteer in orphanages and hospitals. Here she enjoys this little one's company in Ukraine.

We love to visit family in Colorado. Debby's sister, Kathy, is an ecologist who loves experiencing the out of doors. Hiking with her is always a fun and educational experience.

There is a lake and beach 1 block from our home. We love to hang out there on the week-ends. The kids swim, take out small boats and build great sand castles!

Barry and our Niece Brynna. The two of them have a great time together. They have a running joke where Barry tells her he got his daily intake of fruit with his morning fruit loops. Brynna never tires of telling him he needs to read the ingredient

We have grandparents who can't wait for another grandchild...and their first to live locally!

We have a great sledding hill just out our front door. On the week-ends, we are often awakened by the sounds of laughter as the kids come down the hill. Barry can hardly resist joining in the fun!

We took a cooking class in a private home up in the hills of Florence, Iltaly. The owner serenaded us after lunch. It was an fantastic experience.

Debby's grandfather had a tremendous passion for saltwater fish and some of her fondest memories were sitting around his aquarium and listening to stories. Today, we have the gift of caring for his 75 gallon aquarium and experiencing his passion

We hiked the Canyon last winter. It started snowing on our way down and we had quite an adventure!

Debby takes one of her patients trick or treating. Halloween is a favorite holiday here. Barry loves to put on a mask and greet the kids at the door.

Here, Debby's sister Kathy is singing while her sister Elizabeth plays piano and her brother-in-law, Steve plays trumpet. One of our favorite memories was when they all performed at our wedding.

Some of our earliest moments getting to know each other occurred while walking or jogging along the lakefront. Today, we still crave opportunities to be close to the water.
