Our Photo Album
Classic photo of a child crying on Santa's lap. Can't blame him, I would be upset too, if someone forced me to sit on a strange mans lap with a bushy beard and odd clothes. His torture was short lived. Just long enough for me to snap this photo.
"Rudolph with your nose so bright...." I love this picture. Bennett was eating a hot dog with ketchup or was it ketchup with a hot dog. He loves ketchup and he just happened to have some end up right on his nose like Rudolph. Too cute!
I took Bennett to a Children's Museum and they had this water fountain the kids could play in. He loves water so this was a like heaven to him. Even after putting on a rain coat they provided, he still got drenched. He was very happy.
Bennett loves to go to the park. This is him playing in the tube in the park near our house. He also loves to go down the tornado slide.

Here we are exploring a pumpkin patch. We had so much fun this day with our friends and Bennett loved riding the hayrack ride and all the activities they had for kids his age. It was a beautiful day to be outside.
Bennett loves to play with balls. Near the end of the this photo shoot Bennett got tired, but as soon as he saw this ball he was super happy again. Even though he isn't looking at the camera, I thought he still looked way cute!
Bennett loves to play with these cars. They go with us everywhere. Most of the time he is just happy to carry them around with him in his adventures. They really came in handy for the photo shoot. For more photos, please see our journal.
One of John's favorite new things to see was the new WWII Memorial. When he lived in DC, they were planning the new memorial.

We were lucky enough to get tickets to see the White House. It was a neat experience to see all of the historic places.
Clyda and Bennett outside of the U.S. Capital Building. We are standing on the House side.
Here is a photo of our family in front of the Washington Monument in our Nation's capital. We got to spend the 4th of July there and have a ton of fun.
Ben loves peanut butter. This is what we found one day when he got the peanut butter jar off of the kitchen counter. Can you see all of the gooh on his face?

Dad and Ben walking home from a succesful day fishing.
Dad and Ben had a great day fishing. The only thing they caught was a bunch of weeds.
We couldn't resist this photo opportunity in Mitchell, SD's famous Corn Palace.
We had a fantastic time visiting Clyda's family and touring the Black Hills of South Dakota over Memorial Day. It is one of our Nation's treasures.

Clyda and Ben love to play basketball while they wait for John to come home from work.
Ben's favorite thing to do is to play basketball as soon as John get's home from work.
We were visiting Bennett's Great Grandma and namesake, Barbara Bennett for Easter. Grandma Bennett is now 94 years young!
This is a picture of Bennett and some of his cousins at Easter. They decided to make a pyramid at Great Grandma's house.

Bennett at the zoo. Monkey see, Monkey do. The gorilla really liked Bennett.
Our Family hiking in Arches, the LaSalle Mountains can be seen in the background
This is John and Bennett hiking around Balancing Rock in Arches National Park, March 2008
