Patrick's favorite vacation was our cruise to the Bahamas. Here we are enjoying the deep blue ocean. We were chased by Hurricane Katrina on this trip but made it home safe.

Here is Heather with one of our nieces. It's a joy to spend time with our nieces and nephews. They cannot wait to have a new cousin to play with.

We went on a trip to St. George a couple of years ago. It was fun touring the area.

Hiking is Heather's favorite outdoor activity. Patrick is nice and takes me hiking often. Luckily we have a lot of beautiful locations close by.

Travelling is one of our favorite hobbies. A couple of years ago we took a trip to New York with Heather's family to visit her Brother who lives there.

We have a lot of interests and sports is one of them. We love playing and watching sporting events. Here we are at a BYU football game.

Patrick served a two year Spanish speaking church mission to Oregon. Our faith in Jesus Christ is the focus of our family and center of our home.

This was Heather's first year snowboarding. Patrick was a patient teacher and I can't wait for snow so I can beat Patrick down the hill.

In college Heather went on an internship to Romania to work with children in hospitals and orphanages. This experience built a strong desire to adopt and share her love with other children.

Every Christmas we brave the cold weather to see the incredible Christmas lights.

Patrick worked really hard to put himself through school and graduated with his bachelors degree in technology management. We feel that education and hardwork are very important and want to instill these values in our children.

Heather graduated with her bachelors degree in psychology in 2004. She enjoyed studying at BYU.

We went to San Diego on our honeymoon. We had a sunset sail on the Pacific Ocean, which was romantic and fun.

On our trip to New York we went to see Niagara Falls. I had to convince Patrick that he was not allowed to go over in a barrel.

Here we are sea kayaking in the Bahamas. Patrick sat in the back and was so lazy. He wouldn't paddle at all.

We went to Moab to hike and see the amazing red rocks at Arches National Park. The national parks are spectacular.

Each year we also try to go camping. Here we are on a camping trip during fall. The leaves were gorgeous during the fall season.

We went canoeing and fishing with our nieces and cousins. We love being outdoors and doing fun and exciting things with family.

Patrick has snowboarded for years. He looks forward to teaching his kids snowboarding and all of the other sports he loves.
