Josh & Emily are hopeful adoptive parents from Pennsylvania waiting to adopt a baby.

If you are pregnant and considering placing your child for adoption, please read the following Dear Birthmother Letter.

Congratulations!
We're Adopting a Girl.

Dear Birthmother, We can only imagine how difficult the decision to place your baby for adoption must be for you. During this difficult process, we hope you find peace in knowing that what you are doing is special, courageous, and provides a joyous blessing for the family you choose. We know you must have questions that you need answered before you choose a family. We hope that this letter will allow you to get to know us. Furthermore, we pray that you may find comfort and divine guidance in choosing what is best for you and your child.
About Josh & Em My name is Josh and my wife is Emily. I work for a government contractor that assists in the building of army tanks and other defense type vehicles. I enjoy all kinds of sports, football and basketball being my favorite two. I'd like to say I'm a handy man, but Emily might say otherwise. :) I love hanging out with my family and friends. I'm laid back and very easy going.

Hi, I'm Emily, and I love my two guys, Josh and Micah! Being a wife and mother is the coolest thing in the world! Heavenly Father has blessed me with a beautiful family. I'm a nurse and work two Saturdays a month at a local dialysis unit. Caring for my patients brings me joy, and I feel that it has helped me become a better person and mother. Working only twice a month allows me to keep my nursing skills up, but lets me do what I love most, and that is to stay at home and be a Mom.
Our son To really know us, you must know that the greatest joy in our lives is our three-year old son, whom we adopted as a newborn in 2005. Micah is his name and busy is his game! He is the sunshine in our lives and is a great blessing to our family. He loves cars, trucks, planes and trains. He is all BOY!
He loves other children and is a social butterfly. Micah enjoys learning his colors and shapes. He has also learned to count to 13 and sing what sounds like the alphabet song. Micah loves to talk and sing; he also loves to help out by answering the phone. He has mastered undressing and dressing himself. We are working on potty training and he is doing very well. With Micah around, there is never a dull moment and we have no doubt that he will make a great big brother.
Our Family We love spending time as a family, no matter the activity or destination. Some of the highlights have been summer trips to the beach with family and friends, camping and visits to various animal attractions and parks. Yet we don't have to travel far at all to have fun. Movie night and games are a regular hit in our home. We also delight in making each other laugh while dancing and listening to music of all varieties.

Something that we feel strongly about is that God should be the center of our home. We believe in unconditional love and in never giving up on the family unit. One of our greatest desires is to create a home where our children will always feel love and security and where a sense of positive self-esteem is soundly developed. As parents, we strive to teach strong moral character and the importance of serving others.

We both come from big families and enjoy having friends, neighbors and loved ones in our home. We are grateful to have each other and enjoy being Micah's parents. It would be an honor for us to share everything we have with your child.

We send pictures and letters to Micah's birth mother and would gladly do the same for you, if that is something you desire. Should you choose our family, please know that your name will always be spoken with sincere respect and with nothing but gratitude for the blessing you gave us to love and to raise your child. Thank you for your consideration.

Sincerely, Josh, Em & Micah
