Dear Birthmother We realize how much of an important decision this is for you to make for your unborn child, and although we cannot imagine all of the emotions you must be feeling right now, we have the utmost respect for you in your decision of trying to decide which family is best for your baby. Thank you for taking the time to read our profile to get to know us a little better!

We are Ray and Kim and we have been together for almost 4 years, married for close to three of those years. Our lives and our home are filled with a lot of love and happiness, yet we feel there is something missing and that is to share our love and life with a child.

Our Life Together Ray and I met online in 2000, we continued to chat on line and via phone conversations until October 2004 when Ray had a job opportunity in the United States which he took, We both knew it was love at first sight the night we met in person. In July of the following year Ray proposed and I quickly said yes, And was married just a few months later in Las Vegas.

As much as we love each other we knew from the start we also wanted a family but unfortunately Kim can not have children of her own so adoption is the way we knew we wanted to go!




Ray is a consultant Refractory Engineer who is lucky enough to work from home most of the time, but sometimes has to travel to work in other states and other countries.

Kim was working in the nursing profession for almost 12 years until we met, now she is a happy homemaker, and with that said will be a very happy stay at home mom.

We are both very close to our families and they are very eager to welcome a new baby into the family. Although we do not get to see Ray’s family more than a couple times a year as they live in England we do speak to them on the phone at least once each week. Kim’s younger brother lives in Maine and we visit with them a few times each year and also talk to them on the phone a couple times a week.

Kim's mom recently passed away and is missed so much! Kim and her mom were very close, and her mother always asked about our adoption and if we was having any luck yet. We know that her mother will be a great guardian angel to any baby we are lucky enough to adopt!!

Kim has her sister who lives about 20 minutes away and a brother who also lives nearby and we all visit each other once a week sometimes more frequently especially during the summer months for family barbeque's.

Home We live in a some what small growing community, which is a very safe neighborhood that includes a lot of families with children and pets we ourselves have two small dogs. Nearby there is a park, a doctor’s and dentist’s office less than 5 minutes away and the local school just a few miles away.

Our home is a ranch style three-bedroom two bathroom house standing on just less than half an acre, with an enclosed patio. The backyard is fully enclosed by fencing and will be an ideal play area for a child that we are able to adopt if you should decide to choose us to love and raise your baby.

For the last few months we have been steadily working on the conversion of one bedroom into a nursery and as you can see from some of the photographs in this profile it is completed, Well just about it will be totally completed with the addition of a baby to sleep in there. This may seem a little presumptuous but we are sure that there is a mother out there that will see it in her heart and mind to choose us to adopt her child. We sincerely hope and pray that mother is you.

Things We Enjoy We enjoy a variety of things we like to do together some of which include going to the movies, playing games both together and with family, going to theme and adventure parks, going out on pontoon boat, swimming, dining out, and shopping. Our evenings are mostly quiet, in which we eat dinner together then maybe watch some TV or maybe a DVD.

We love to plan and go on vacations and have been on two cruises to the Western Caribbean, Las Vegas three times, both California and Maine many times, Denmark and England visiting Ray’s family.

The last thing we would like you to know is that we are interested in having an open adoption, we are comfortable with giving you our phone number and mailing address which can include sending you pictures a few times a year or maybe even meet periodically if that is something you want.
