Dear Birth Mother, Hi! We are Mike, Kim and Kailey.
Our hearts reach out to you as we think of your struggle and the difficult decision you are facing, one of the most important that you will ever make. We hope that we can make it a little easier by assuring you of the strength, security and love of our family. We have always wanted our family to include children and we look forward to sharing our lives, love, hope and dreams with them.

Kim and I met through friends of ours. We've been married now for a little over nine years. We love and honor each other deeply and the foundation of our relationship is being best friends. About three years ago we adopted our precious daughter, Kailey. She has bought more joy to our lives than we could have ever imagined and we are so excited to grow our family once again through the miracle of adoption. You can count on our unconditional love and support for your child for a lifetime!

I feel I am a warm and loving, very friendly, energetic and organized person, I really try to give the most of myself to everyone. I still waitress part-time at night, which allows me to stay at home with Kailey during the day. I love being a mom and look forward to adding another child to our family.

I work for a commercial roofing company as the warehouse manager. I enjoy working on cars as a hobby, but some of my best times are spent being with Kim, Kailey and our families. Adding another child to our family is something we are both looking forward to doing.

In May 2004 we had the joy to welcome Kailey in our family when she was 5 days old. We gladly continue to communicate with Kailey's birth family through Gladney. She is a sweet, energetic, playful little girl who loves balls. books, playgrounds and music. Kailey loves traveling and discovering new places. She enjoys other children and is always ready for a play date. She will be an amazing big sister.

We have lots of fun together taking walks or bike riding in our neighborhood, getting away on a weekend vacation or entertaining family and friends in our home.

We live in a three-bedroom townhouse with an open yard that backs up to woods. It is a beautiful suburban community with good schools, recreation and entertainment, which provides a great place to raise children.

Kim is one of three siblings. Both her brother and sister are married and have three children each. Kim is also the godmother of two of her nieces and nephews. Kim also has a very close relationship with her mom, and looks forward to sharing this again with another child.

Mike's family consists of his mom, dad and sister. In addition to that he has one nephew who he is the godfather to. They are very supportive of our decision and are looking forward to sharing with us the day we become parents.

We stay active and love to travel. We plan to let our children try many activities and sports so they can find out where their strengths are.

We are again waiting with great joy for the day a child will be placed in our arms. We look forward to raising another child in a warm and nurturing home, filled with unconditional love and happiness.

We know our dream of having a child would not be possible without you. Together we admire your strength and courage and may the Lord bless you in your decision. We will always let our child know what a special person you are. We wish you the peace and comfort in knowing that your child will be loved and well cared for.
