Congratulations!
Adoption in Progress.

Dear Birthparent, Hello. We are Myan and Ana. We are very excited to have an opportunity to become a mother and father and wish to thank you for considering us as adoptive parents for your baby. We can’t begin to imagine what you are going through and the difficult decisions you are making at this time in your life. We admire the love you have for your baby and your selflessness and courage in choosing an adoption plan. We know that miracles happen all around us and adopting a baby is one such miracle we hope to have in our lives.

We would like to tell you a little about ourselves...
The two of us met in college in the fall of 1998. I was studying art and Spanish education to become a teacher, and Myan was studying business management. Soon after meeting each other, we became best friends and spent a lot of time in study groups, school dances, tennis matches, and various activities. We have been best friends ever since. We got married in Idaho in the summer of 1999. We have spent the last wonderful eight years pursuing our education, working, traveling, participating in church activities, and just enjoying life. Currently we are finishing our Bachelors degrees. We both have a strong faith and belief in God and look forward to raising our child in a religious home.
About Us About Myan –

I was born in Washington, but raised primarily in South-Eastern Idaho. I am the third of nine children. While growing up I spent a lot of time on farms working for local farmers and my uncles in Washington. I wrestled in high school and enjoy playing all types of sports still today. I served a mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in the South and I enjoy serving in my local church now. My family is very close and we see them quite often for reunions and other family activities.

About Ana-

I was born in Venezuela, South America, but was raised mostly in California. While growing up I played in as many sports I could and later played tennis in College for two years. I am the oldest of two. I have one wonderful younger brother attending college and a large extended family living in Venezuela, Spain, Canada, and the United States. Even though my family lives in another state, we keep in touch every weekend, major holidays and summer vacations.

Thoughts about Myan by Ana

Myan is my best friend with whom I share everything. If I need advice on anything, he is very sincere and thoughtful with his opinions. When I am having a bad day, he lifts me up and he can make me laugh at just about anything, including myself. He supports me in the decisions I make, and when I need help, he is always there. Myan is a natural leader with a big heart. Many of our family and friends seek his wise counsel and loyal support. He has many traits that I admire and I am constantly amazed at how lucky I am.

Thoughts about Ana by Myan

Ana is one of the most amazing people I know. Her enthusiasm for life and her desire to make life better and easier for others has been a source of strength for me. I have never met anyone who enjoys doing things for others as much as she does. She is constantly making something, such as a quilt or a craft, for someone else. I love being with her and talking about our goals and dreams and what is important in our lives. I rely on her to help me put things into proper perspective when struggling with decisions. Ana’s true beauty comes from her desire to do what is right. She is truly my best friend and I am looking forward to raising a family with her.
Hobbies and Interests We have a lot in common and love spending time with each other. We enjoy playing basketball and challenging each other in a tennis match - just don't ask for the score! We also like watching a good movie, reading books, playing the piano, cooking, and baking. We also love playing board or card games and spending time with family and friends. Some of our hobbies that we do together are do-it-yourself projects, cooking and playing the piano. We love taking vacations once a year. We have been to California, Arizona, Colorado, Georgia, Hawaii, and in 2007 we went to Disney World in Florida for the first time and had a blast!
Why Adoption? We have wanted children since the very first day of being married. We have gone through miscarriages, infertility treatment, and natural medicine without success. We have been diagnosed as unexplained infertility. In the beginning, it was difficult to accept, but as we have become closer to each other and to God, we have faith that everything happens for a reason. We believe in the miracle of adoption, in fact we discussed adoption before we were married! We know you love your baby and we in turn love you for what you are doing. Should you choose us as adoptive parents, please know that your baby will be raised in a loving environment and you will always be in our hearts.

Thank you for taking the time to get to know us a little bit. Please send us an email if you wish to know more about us or have any questions. Send us a message We are so excited to get to know you and to become adoptive parents!
