Matthew & Stacy are hopeful adoptive parents from Louisiana waiting to adopt a baby.
If you are pregnant and considering placing your child for adoption, please read the following Dear Birthmother Letter.

Congratulations!
We've Adopted a Girl.
Dear Birth Parent(s):
With gratitude in our hearts, we wanted to thank you for taking the time to learn more about our family. We do not know what you are going through. We can only express our family’s love to you.
Matt and I have been married for eleven years. We met while we were attending college. (He kissed me before he knew my name! What nerve! I guess it caught my attention.) We knew our education was extremely important for our family’s future. So we both pursued our degrees and got them in 2002. Stacy went right on for her masters degree in educational technology by May 2004.
Matt is an incredible Dad with Zach. He loves cartoons as much as Zach does. It is their ritual every night to watch Tom and Jerry before Zach hits the hay for bed. He loves to take him to the park after work and spent as much quality time with him as possible. Every other weekend we choose somewhere within two hours or so to visit. It's genereally some place we have never been.
Zachary couldn't have asked for a better Mom. Stacy is so patient with him. They bake cookies, homemade rolls, bread, pasta and pancakes. She even went as far as buying him his own apron and chef hat in his size. Zach enjoys reading with her; playing with Play-Doh; going on play-dates and field trips shopping. (Zach LOVES to go shopping with his Mommy.) He has even asked to go to the mall.
As you can tell already, Zach is the highlight of our lives! He is so full of life, energy and charm. He will turn three in September. He loves to wink and flirt with all of the ladies! He enjoys dirt, sand, mud, water, ATV’s, monkey bars, and jungle gyms. We are so proud to be his parents. He is Hispanic, Cherokee, Sicilian and German. His birth mother and our family have a very open adoption. We visit her every time we are back home visiting our families. She is an incredible young woman who gave us the greatest gift- our child.
Matt, Zach and I want to extend our love for you. We pray you feel the love we have for our family and yours. We are God-fearing people who want to raise our children knowing who God, Our Father is and to have a personal relationship with him. He is always present in our home. May He keep you safe and feel of His love and ours.
Matt, Stacy and Zach
p.s. Thanks for learning about us. :o)
About Matt From Stacy
Matt is a gentle, loving, kind, and sincere. He is an amazing person to be around. He is the type of guy who always has a glass half full. Everyone looks up to him and appreciates his friendship. Matt tries so hard to be there for his family 110% everyday.
I couldn't imagine my life without him. He is the real McCoy as a father and husband. His father wasn't there for him when he was growing up. Matt has always wanted to set an example for his children of the type of father he would have wanted growing up.
The moment he gets home from work, it is all about Zachary. While I make dinner for the family, he will change clothes and they are gone to the park for some Daddy and son time. Sometimes I will join them if Zach and I haven't gone to the park that day.
He is the ending to my sentences. The one who I can always count on for a loving hand and a strong shoulder to cry on. Zach and I are the lucky ones to have him in our lives.
About Stacy From Matt
Stacy enjoys being a “Mommy.” It is something she appreciates more than most people do. It is a gift and privilege to raise children from God. She doesn’t take her responsibilities lightly.
She is an absolute comedian with those she feels comfortable being around. She can come up with really good “one liners.” If she’s on a roll, watch out! Stacy loves everyone she comes in contact with. She makes friends easily and enjoys serving when no one knows who did it. People draw strength from being around her.
Her family members consider her the “glue” that holds them together. She sets up all the family functions, makes the food and hosts the festivities.
We argue who got the best end of the marriage. I think I won. She is the sparkle in my eyes and she holds my heart.
