Mike & Laura are hopeful adoptive parents from Indiana waiting to adopt a baby.

If you are pregnant and considering placing your child for adoption, please read the following Dear Birthmother Letter.

Letter to you Thank-you for considering us to be parents of your little one.
We are filled with so much emotion as we write this letter. Our hearts have been full as we pray for you and the child you are carrying.
Our family has so much love to share. Our home is full of laughter and warmth. We are a close knit family and enjoy being together.
We have strong family values. We were both raised to know that family comes first. We have strong family ties to Grandma's, Grandpa's, Aunts, Uncles and Cousins. They are also excited for us to be adding to our family. (Grandma already made baby blankets and burping cloths.)
It is a brave and noble gift to give your child the comforts of a safe and happy home. We can't wait to hear from you. We can't wait to share the love we have and add to our happy family.
Thanks for reading our profile and getting to know us better.

About us Mike is a Podiatric surgeon and I am a stay at home mom. We live in a 4 bedroom home with a large back yard, a trampoline, and a small black Lab. Adam has his own room and our girls love sharing their room, clothes, and shoes. (They are starting to wander into my closet to share my clothes too.) Our other room we have made into a nursery.
We live in a quiet little neighborhood a block away from the elementary and middle school. The school has tennis courts and a track that we utilize frequently. The kids have decided they want to learn to golf and we have been going over to the large grass area by the school to practise.
We camp every summer and spend a lot of time on the lake. We like to boat, go tubing, and fish. We enjoy our quality family time.
Mike and I feel it's important to keep our children active but not over booked so they have time to be kids. We make sure to spend individual one on one time with our kids to ensure they are being heard and their needs are being met.
We are active in church and teach our children to pray and thank our Heavenly Father for all we have.
Mike and I are very happily married. Our marriage is very important to us and we make sure to take time out for each other. We go on dates regularly and talk on the phone numerous time throughout the day. We really are best friends.
Mike & Laura Laura is people person. Everyone who meets her loves her. She is genuinely interested in others and is very caring. She loves being a mom. Being a mother is more important to her than anything. She recently decided to quit her job because she missed our kids and felt they needed her. She is so unselfish and her family is her # 1 priority.
Laura is very active. She is always outside with the kids. She signed us all up for a 5k run a couple of weeks ago as a family and we had a great time. You can often find Laura taking her kids on a run, roller blading, or for a bike ride. She loves the out doors and is not afraid of getting dirty.
Laura is a personal trainer and an aerobics instructor. We put a gym in our basement and she trains people and helps with them with their weight loss goals. She is very smart and has helped many people gain back their physical health. I am very proud of all that she has accomplished and who she is.

Mike is the best Dad! When he gets home from work the kids always rush to the door to greet him. No matter how tired he is he always takes the time to play a game with them. You will often find him playing basketball, soccer, or catch on our front lawn. Many of the neighbor kids like to come over and play too. He is loved by everyone.
Mike is so talented. Not only is he a great doctor who is well liked but he also makes beautiful wooden furniture. He knows how to fix our vehicles and anything else in our house, including plumbing and electrical. He has put up walls in our house and done the landscaping in our yard. He knows how to work hard. He has taught me that you can learn to do anything by reading and just trying it.
Mike has been teaching our oldest son Adam how to fix our lawn mowers and how to do minor repairs in the house. It makes Adam feel so grown up. He wants to be just like his Dad.
I love how humble Mike is. He is a very successful Podiatrist and graduated the top of his class. You would never hear him speak of those things. He doesn't even introduce himself as a doctor and is always looking for ways to make others shine.
Mike is a great husband. He is kind and patient and his love is unconditional. He always knows how to make me smile and he is always doing little things to surprise me. He still brings me flowers all the time and treats me like a princess. I am so glad he's mine.
Our Family is #1 Our family is so fun. We go camping every summer and out to the lake to swim and fish a lot. We sing in the car and learn silly songs. My mom teaches us some pretty crazy songs and Dad loves to play ball with us. We like to play board games, tennis, and basket ball. We have the best family in the world.
--- -Adam, Monica, and Rachel are great kids. We have neighbors with young children who look up to our kids. There is 2 little girls that draw pictures to bring over and they ooo and aaahhh and make a fuss over them every time.
We are really proud of our children. They are kind and gentle and get along better than most kids. They talk about having a baby in our home all the time. We have friends with a 6 week old little boy and they all like to spend time holding and fussing over him.
They are going to be the greatest big brother and sisters.
