Dear Birth Parents, We cannot even begin to imagine the emotions you are experiencing as you make this adoption plan for your child. You have made such an unselfish decision by choosing this option for your child, and we are so grateful that you are considering us as parents. This is undoubtedly one of the toughest decisions you have had to make in your life. Please know that you and your baby are in our prayers, and we have faith that God will lead you to the decision that is right for you and your baby.

A little about us: We have been married for over four years and together for almost seven. Our relationship has been built around trust and communication. We are each other’s best friend, confidant, and biggest fan. It is so amazing what we have learned from each other. Our relationship is the perfect balance of seriousness and fun. Justin usually knows just the right thing to say or do to lighten any situation, and Amanda is always so sensitive to what others are going through.

Vacationing is one of our most favorite ways to spend our free time. Whether it is a quick weekend trip for just the two of us or a week long family vacation, we enjoy traveling. Other ways that we enjoy spending our free time is by hanging out with family and friends, attending church functions, or entertaining in our home. In the summer, our favorite pastime is spending the day by the pool or at the lake.

Since the day we were married, we knew that we wanted a family. Our hearts have a void that will be filled, in time, by the child meant for us. Please know that your child will be raised in a loving, Christian home, surrounded by devoted family, lots of extended family and friends. We both were very blessed to have stable, fulfilling childhoods where we were loved and supported unconditionally by our parents. We promise to provide the same to our child. Our childhoods were filled with playing sports, going down to the farm and feeding animals, traveling, and participating in youth activities at church. Our child will have the same opportunities that we had to become whatever his or her heart desires. Our family and friends are so excited to welcome this child. Our hearts and our home are ready for a child, and we are so thankful for this opportunity, because you are able to give us a child that we would not otherwise be able to have. We also want you to know that your child will know what sacrifices you made for him or her to have a better life. He or she will know that because of your love, they found their way to us.

Justin about Amanda: When I met Amanda it was “Love at first sight.” After I got to know her I knew that God had revealed to me my soul mate and my best friend. Amanda enjoys working out, running and scrapbooking our most cherished moments and memories. I want to tell you a little bit of what attracted me to Amanda. When I hear the name Amanda, this is what pops in my head: loving, kind, big heart, God fearing, loyal, true, beautiful, amazing, supportive, caring, genuine, and faithful. Amanda is a gift from God to me. She means the world to me and I love her with all of my heart. Without her I’d be lost. Amanda is a very thoughtful person and a good listener. Every time that I see Amanda hold a baby, I know that she is ready to be a mother, and a very good one at that.

Amanda about Justin: Justin is without a doubt my best friend. He is such a strong Christian man who is completely devoted to me and our marriage. I would have to say that one of his best qualities is his ability to lighten up any situation. He can always bring a smile to my face, even on a bad day. Justin is a people person and never meets a stranger. He is so energetic and can’t wait to be a dad. Justin enjoys fishing, hunting, golfing and spending time with his dad and brother.

After struggling with the devastation of infertility, we prayed that God would heal our hearts and lead us as to what He wanted us to do. In time, God placed the idea of adoption on our hearts and after much prayer we knew that this was the path that He had chosen for us in becoming parents.
