Kyle & Vicki Hi!

We are Kyle and Vicki. We appreciate your considering us as adoptive parents for your child. Your decision takes tremendous strength and selflessness. We know it cannot be easy to select “perfect” parents by just reading about us but we are hoping that you will be able to draw some level of comfort in the information we have provided. We want you to know that we will provide a happy life for your child in a loving, stable home.

As many people pursuing adoption, our dreams of having children have been filled with ups and downs. Kyle and I both faced fertility issues and tried fertility treatments with no success. Adoption was always something we considered, we have 2 very close friends who are adopted and one of our best friends have 3 adopted children, so the decision to adopt came naturally for us.

Since the day we decided on adoption we began praying for you and your family. We prayed you would have the courage and strength to make the best decision for your child and hope that you will always find peace because you choose life.


How We Met
Kyle and I met 11 years ago while out with some friends. What drew me to him right away were his dance moves……he’s quite fun to watch. We exchanged numbers and a few days later spent over 3 hours talking on the phone. After dating for a few weeks, I realized there was more to Kyle then his dance skills. Kyle is a good person. I know ‘good’ is a simple word to use but that’s what he is and that’s what made me fall in love with him. We both enjoy being outside and taking advantage of all that Florida has to offer. After 5 years of dating, Kyle took me to a place I had worked at on the beach and in front of his parents asked me to marry him. A year later we were married.

Kyle About Kyle...

Kyle is 37 years old and he has a business degree from Towson University. He has worked in the technology industry for 9 years, and was just recently recruited by a local electrical manufacturing company to manage a new sales division. Kyle’s ability to manage, listen, assess and solve problems truly makes him an asset to his company.
Kyle is lovable, patient, thoughtful, and he is simply the best person I’ve ever known. The best thing about him is that he makes me laugh everyday. He’s able to bring out the best in anyone because he is a great listener and has such a positive outlook on life. I know he will make a wonderful daddy.

Vicki About Vicki...

Vicki is also 37 years old and has been a first grade teacher for 8 years now. There is no other job Vicki would want to do. Her love for children shows in her dedication to her job, which she takes very seriously. The transformation of her students, from the day they enter her class, to when they graduate, is truly amazing. They come in not knowing how to read or write and leave as little book worms & poets! She believes her main role is to make children’s lives better, happier, safer, more meaningful, and fun through teaching. This is one of many things I honestly admire about her. Running has always been an important part of her life. Vicki actually still holds some distance records at her high school! This has now carried over into a coaching role for her. She works with several local recreation departments where she has started after school running programs for younger kids.
Vicki’s love for children shows in almost everything she does. She will definitely make an amazing mother.

More About Us... Family

Our families are extremely important to us and we spend time each year creating memories with special gatherings. Every year my family and Kyle’s family meet for Thanksgiving, Christmas and various other times someplace special and spend the week together. We have 3 adorable nieces and 1 nephew who happily entertain at all gatherings.


Neighborhood

We live in a new closed gated neighborhood that is very family friendly. Our community has a beautiful swimming pool and a small pond with lots of turtles and fish to feed. We enjoy riding our bikes to the beach and have several playgrounds and parks within minutes of our home. There’s plenty of room in our hearts and home to grow our family.

As parents we hope to always live a lifestyle that will teach our children. We feel that children often learn from watching our actions. They learn from how we do things for others, being honest in every situation and learning new things. We want our child to see the importance of having compassion for others, see us laugh and cry, love each other, and trust in God. You will be allowing us to have the greatest joy in our lives, giving us the one thing we most dream of having-the chance to raise a child. We will always strive to help this child achieve the dreams you have for him or her. This child will always know about you and that your love was so great that you made this selfless decision. We look forward to sending you pictures and letters with updates on development, life events, and experiences. Lastly, we’d like to thank you once again for considering us to be adoptive parents for your child. We will never forget that you have given us the greatest gift possible.
