Dear Friend,

We are very blessed to have our beautiful daughter Kelsie and have always felt that our family would continue to grow. We are unable to have any more children ourselves but we have a deep desire to be able to share the joy and love that we have in our family.
Our Family
About our family
We met while Vanessa was visiting friends here in America. We had a very long distance relationship ( as Vanessa is from England), visiting each other’s country until we could stand being apart no longer! We were married in the Salt Lake Temple over 7 years ago. Our beautiful daughter was born a year after we were married. We strive to make our home a safe, spiritual and peaceful place where love, joy and fun abound. We hope to inspire our children to love and respect the people and world around them. Being together is very important for us and we love doing things together as a family. Some activities that we like to do together include hiking, camping, visiting museums and libraries, cooking some 'interesting' things (!), musical events, taking time to look at nature and sunsets.
About Us
About Vanessa (by Art)
Vanessa is the cultured member of the family. I first knew that she was the one for me when I was visiting her in England. I asked her to play her violin for me. She is somewhat shy and even though she was reluctant to play she did so anyway. She is the kindest person I know - she is always making me carry the bugs out of the house! Vanessa is from England and our children automatically have duel American/British citizenship. As a child Vanessa loved to dance, especially ballet, and she continued to dance as she grew up. She graduated from Bristol University with a master’s degree in education and has taught various grades of elementary school in England and in Salt Lake City. She is now a stay at home mom. Vanessa is very musical. She grew up playing the oboe and the piano. She studies the violin and plays different recorders in the Early Music Ensemble at the University of Utah. She is also helping to teach Kelsie the violin. She is exceptionally patient and caring.
About Art (by Vanessa)
Art is a bit of an action man! One of his best kept secrets is that he was Arizona State waterski champion! Art loves a variety of sports and outdoor activities such as hiking, snowboarding, etc, and just enjoys being in the outdoors! He especially loves activities that involve the family and has taught Kelsie to snow ski and snowshoe. He has played soccer for most of his life and coached for 20 years. Art is a very caring person and is a doer of good deeds. He was a volunteer with the inpatient kids at the University of Utah Neuropsychiatric Institute for several years and I have even seen him wipe spit-up from babies' faces even before their mums noticed! He has been a landlord for the past 18 years and can fix just about anything! He just finished a major remodel of our house and it looks great! Art is just the best dad and likes nothing better than playing with children - he says this is because he is one!
About Kelsie
Kelsie, our daughter is 6 years old and is a great blessing in our lives. She is very sociable and loving and brings us lots of joy. She has a great imagination and enjoys life to the full. Kelsie is learning ballet and Irish dancing and is also learning to play the violin. She enjoys school, reading books, feeding the ducks and anything to do with ponies! She loves playing with the kids in the neighborhood and from school, and can't wait to be a big sister!
Thank You
We realize that we have been very blessed in our lives and never cease to wonder at the beauty of the world, of people and of our own lives. But like most other people we have had some storms along the way and hope to be able to find our other little rainbow soon. Our family is a great joy to us but we feel strongly that our family is not yet complete and we are searching diligently for our other beautiful child.
Thank you so much for taking the time to view our profile and if you would like further information please email or phone us.
