Kevin & Kristi are hopeful adoptive parents from Arizona waiting to adopt a baby.

If you are pregnant and considering placing your child for adoption, please read the following Dear Birthmother Letter.

Dear Birth Mother Thank you for choosing to learn about us and our lives. We are Kevin & Kristi. Although we are strangers as you read this, we hope to become connected with you through the beautiful life you carry. We thank you for the selfless act you have chosen, the courage you have shown and the commitment of love you are making for your child to entrust them to another family, hopefully our family!

We waited for several years to begin the process of expanding our family. We have spent many wonderful years as a couple working towards our hopes & dreams. We never imagined that we would not be able to conceive a child on our own. We have learned that God has chosen our path to a child through adoption. We hope “your path” leads you to us. Should you entrust the gift of life you carry to us, we give you our promise to forever love your child, nurture and raise them to be a good person. We will also provide them the educational opportunities to become successful in a career later in life.

Our Story

We met at a social gathering a couple of years after graduating college. We instantly recognized each other from school. We had seen one another in the hallways & classrooms, but had never met. Ironically, we found out that we had graduated the same year, with the same Business degree. As we got acquainted on that first night, we also discovered we had worked for the same company and knew many of the same people, but never met while working there. We feel we were destined to meet that night, and knew before our first date that we were meant for each other. Within 9 months, we were engaged, & married 6 months later.

In 1997 we moved to the Phoenix area to pursue career opportunities. We took a leap of faith to come to a place that would soon clearly become our home & our future. We have been married 13 wonderful years, but it seems like it was just yesterday that we met. We are truly best friends in every way and we would not be the people that we are today without each other. We love each other unconditionally, but have discovered that our lives are incomplete without a child to share our love & happiness with.

About Kristi

After graduating with a degree in Fashion Marketing, her love of fashion did not coincide with her dreams for success. She entered the insurance industry at the suggestion of a college friend. She started her own business in the East Valley, building it from the ground up. Kristi’s career has brought her many challenges, opportunities to help people, joy in working with clients, and many travel opportunities she would never have dreamed of. She now has the flexibility to spend time with her child, and plans to be there for all school events, sports events and cultural events that her child will be involved in.

About Kevin

Kevin chose a technical sales career path after graduating college. He works from home, and in the local area, after many years of covering the western United States. He has flexibility with his schedule to spend a lot of his time bonding with and teaching a child. Kevin loves to work around the house and doesn’t even mind doing the laundry and cooking on occasion. Kevin is a huge sports fan, and desperately tries to support the Phoenix Cardinals year after year, as well as his beloved Pittsburgh Steelers.

Our Families We both come from large extended families from different parts of Texas and very different populations.

Kevin was born in Florida, but raised in the large Dallas metro- plex. His parents just celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary. They are retired and love spending time with their grandchildren. Kevin is blessed with many close aunts, uncles and cousins. His family spends many 4th of July holidays back in Wisconsin where many of his relatives live. In high school, Kevin played basketball and was on the Varsity football team. He has an older brother, who is married with two children and a big sister who is married with a daughter. They are all still in the Texas metro areas.

Kristi was born and raised in a small community where her dad is a farmer and rancher, and her mother is a homemaker. Her parents have been married for 44 years and still reside in the same small town. She spent much of her time with her older sister and her numerous cousins, who were her best and closest friends. She was surrounded with aunts, uncles, and grandparents. Her family owns a ranch with horses, cows, wildlife and lots of open land. Kristi’s older sister still resides in Texas and is married with 2 sons.
She was a State qualifier in Tennis during high school, and a baton twirler in Junior High through High School. She also was a clarinet player in the band and enjoyed playing the piano.

Together We are a great team and best friends. When we moved to an area where we didn’t know anyone, we immediately started making friends. Our friends have become our family. We spend holidays and many weekends together. We both are very happy, outgoing people and really have a love for life & making the best of things. We know that a positive attitude and our love for each other can make our wishes a reality.

We enjoy being fit and participating in sports together. We have taught each other how to ski and to golf, with Kristi being the skier and Kevin the golfer. We also love hiking, biking, running, racquetball and working out at the gym. On weekends, we enjoy going out dancing and getting together with friends.

Our dog, Sammy is a member of our family and is approaching 10 years old. He still acts like a young pup. He greets us every evening with a toy to play fetch. We love taking him for walks together and the children in our neighborhood love to see him too. He is such a joy to us and instantly puts you in a good mood after a long day.
Our Home Life We reside in a great neighborhood that has many children. We are within walking distance of the local elementary school. We have a beautiful home that has a large front and backyard. Our community has greenbelts, trails, and many playgrounds. We get together for block parties with our neighbor whenever we get the chance.

We recently bought a small condo in Northern Arizona. We often go there on the weekends to enjoy the cooler weather, beautiful golf, and snow skiing in the winter months. We look forward to teaching our child new activities and helping them appreciate the diversity of Arizona. We chose this particular community for its family focused environment and exciting activities and amenities for children. We are so anxious to bring our new child to meet our many new friends and their families.
They will also have the opportunity to see a bear, some elk and deer, and spend some time in the snow.

We love to travel and look forward to introducing our child to many different parts of the world and many different cultures.

We are happy to be at a point in our lives that we are financially secure and can provide a safe and secure upbringing for a child.

Our Promise

We promise to love, support, nurture, and guide your child their entire life. It is our promise to make them aware of their own “personal story” and the loving choice you have made for them. We understand this is a difficult decision and without your courage and commitment, we would not have the gift of life you so selflessly carry.
