Ken & Angela are hopeful adoptive parents from Hawaii waiting to adopt a baby.

If you are pregnant and considering placing your child for adoption, please read the following Dear Birthmother Letter.

Dear Birth Mom,
You must be incredibly brave. We wish we knew more about you. We know you must be in a very difficult position right now. We hope you have some wonderful friends and family to support you through your pregnancy, delivery, and placement of your beautiful, Asian, baby girl. We hope you find enveloping peace and comfort in knowing that you are making the best decision for your precious baby girl and for yourself and your bright future. We admire your decision to adopt. We know that God can give you strength that you never knew you had. Ask Him for anything you need and He will give it to you. He will guide you in this very important decision. We believe in miracles, we have seen so many.

Why We Want To Adopt

We’d like to share some of our miracles with you. We have seven beautiful children, each one is a miracle. They are all so unique and wonderful! We love them so much. After the youngest one was about two years old, Angela had a feeling that he wouldn’t be the last child. After two bad miscarriages, we decided we couldn’t risk her life again. Then several months later, Angela had a very strong impression that she was going to have another baby. She was so humbled and excited that she would have another opportunity to be a mother! We immediately started looking into adoption. Angela felt a sense of urgency and still does as we write this letter to you.

Why An Asian Baby Girl?

Before we ever met, Angela had a dream. In the dream, she saw an Asian baby girl in a Moses basket at her doorstep. Angela looked into the baby’s eyes and the baby looked at her. They recognized each other. Angela felt like she had known her forever. In the dream she knew that she would not give birth to this baby, but that someone would give her to us. Angela has always remembered this dream. Now we know that the time is right that this baby girl should come to our home!

We want you to know that this beautiful girl will have a very full and wonderful life. She will be loved and cherished by all her siblings and by her parents and grandparents. She will never lack for attention and love. Angela will be home full time, so she will feel secure and safe. Ken will also be home much of the time. She will also know of your great love for her. She will know that you sacrificed so much to give her life and to give her more. We will be eternally grateful to you for your love and sacrifice for this precious daughter from Heaven.

All our love eternally, Ken and Angela Send us a message
About Us How We Met

Ken is from Phoenix, Arizona and Angela is from Anchorage, Alaska. We met in a Geography class while we were in college at BYU in Utah. On the first day of class the teacher asked us to pair up for an assignment and Ken asked Angela if she would be his partner. Angela thought he was a trustworthy looking guy, so she said yes. Well we spent every day after that together and were married five months later for time and all eternity in the Jordan River Temple. We’ve been married 22 years now and it’s been a wonderful adventure! We are best friends and we are excited for what the future holds.

Where We Are Now

Ken recently retired and we moved our family to the beautiful state of Hawaii. It’s our dream come true! We just bought our home here and we plan on living here for the rest of our lives. We have a big yard so we can have a garden and we have fruit trees and all kinds of beautiful plants. We love the view of the ocean and the sunsets from our lanai or balcony. We love it here and the weather is so perfect.
