Jeff & Aubrietta are hopeful adoptive parents from Arkansas waiting to adopt a baby.

Hi! We are Jeff and Aubrietta. Thank you so much for taking the time to get to know us! We have not met you, but we pray for you every day. In choosing adoption, we know you are making one of the hardest, bravest, most beautiful decisions there is. May God’s comfort and strength be with you on your journey.

We are both Methodist pastors. We met in seminary, and became well acquainted as we led a Christian after-school program for children.

It was clear to us early on that we were meant to be together. We are best friends, and we feel so very thankful to have each other. We love to hike, play pool, and enjoy time with friends and family. We like to travel, but we do not have to be doing anything special to have a good time together.

We were married in May, 2001, right on the campus where we met. From day one we dreamed about starting a family. Adoption came up before we knew about our infertility. We talked about how amazing it might be to parent a child that would come into our family through adoption. When we discovered our infertility, we knew adoption would be a great path for us. We believe those first thoughts of adoption came to us because adoption is God’s plan for shaping our family. We can’t wait to meet the little one that God and a loving birthmom will place in our arms!

Aubrietta is one of the most intelligent, beautiful, creative, and funny people I know. I have been so blessed to have her as my wife. She truly has a heart for children. She has been tutoring kindergartners at our local elementary school for 3 years now. Aubrietta has also been crocheting baby clothes! She will make a wonderful mommy.

Jeff is the warmest, kindest man I know. He is incredibly patient, and considerate of everyone. Jeff is a great example of what a man should be. Jeff is a good singer, guitarist and drummer. Jeff is a great storyteller. He seems shy until he starts telling one of his stories. In minutes he can have a roomful of people doubled over laughing. Jeff is looking forward to introducing a little one to the wonder the world has to offer. He will be an encouraging, loving dad!

We know that you have special hopes for your baby. We want to offer a baby our faith and our love, and help them find who they are meant to become. If God leads you to choose us to be your baby’s parents, we promise you we will give your baby our hearts. Your baby will have our unconditional love and support in all circumstances for the rest of our lives. We will share your love with your baby, too. He or she will know about their courageous birthmother who chose adoption and made us a family.
