Tommy & Annie are hopeful adoptive parents from Colorado waiting to adopt a baby.
If you are pregnant and considering placing your child for adoption, please read the following Dear Birthmother Letter.

We are very grateful for the decision you are making and for taking the time to learn more about us. We know that this must be a very trying experience, and we marvel at your strength and courage. We are very excited to be adopting and are indebted to you for considering us as your child’s parents. This is a very loving and unselfish decision you are making and we know that Heavenly Father will help and guide you.
Why Adoption
It took us several years to get pregnant with our son, Graham, who was born in Oct, 2005. Our doctor told us we would most likely need the help of fertility drugs in the future to have more children. Because of that knowledge, we have been trying to get pregnant since Graham was 6 months old. In December, 2007 we began receiving medical treatment, and after that failed we were told we would need to see a specialist. It was a very emotional and frustrating time for us. We felt totally helpless and that nothing was working. So, at that point we began talking about adoption. We prayed to Heavenly Father about it and if it was the right thing for us to do. The feelings we received were full of peace and happiness and love. We are not sure why we have been unable to have another child, but we have grown so much from this experience, and have learned to rely more on God, and to trust that everything will work out. We know that this is what Heavenly Father wants of us and we are very excited for what the future brings.
We have several friends who have adopted children, or have been adopted themselves, and we have always thought it was something very special. However, until now, that was as far as our comprehension went. Now that we have decided to adopt and started this wonderful journey, we have more understanding and deeper emotions towards adoption. We are constantly thinking about you. About how difficult it would be to be in your situation and how extremely hard it would be to give your baby up for adoption. Since having our son, we do understand the feelings you have for your child during pregnancy and we are amazed with the amount of love you must have for your baby in order to make this decision. Also, because our understanding has grown; our personal concern and love for you (and all in your situation) has grown and developed. We are constantly praying for you; that you will have a strong healthy body, that you will be strengthened through this experience, and mostly that you will receive the comfort and guidance you need. We can only imagine the amount of support and encouragement you will need – as we are sure this is the most difficult decision of your life. We hope that we can get to know each other better and hopefully we, in some way, will be able to help you.
About Us
As you look through our profile, you can get to know us a little better, but we would like to give you a little “sneak peek” of us. We have been married 6.5 years and have a 3.5 year old son.
We genuinely enjoy spending time together; whether it is going to the zoo, running errands, or watching “Biggest Loser” at home. We are pretty easy going and love to laugh. Tommy's family lives out of state and we try to visit at least two times a year, we love going to see them and Graham loves playing with all his cousins. Annie's family lives very close by and we hang out with them at least monthly. We have very strong bonds with both our families and love being together.
Tommy:
I'm a really laid back, go-lucky guy. I really don't worry about much, because Annie does all the worrying for the both of us. I am the youngest of six children. I have two older brothers and three older sisters and we are all really close. We were like any normal family growing up, which usually meant that I got picked on by everyone. But it turns out that I am now the biggest in the family (in size), so I get to do most of the "picking on" now.
Like most guys, I like electronics; cool phones, TVs, computers, cameras, stereos, etc. I also really like to follow sports; mostly football, hockey, and baseball. As of most recently I like to read. This is probably due to the fact that I now actually have time to read books that I like, rather than school books. I like to cook too .... OK, maybe not cook, but at least eat. I love food! Lastly, I really like to follow politics and I suppose that someday I will run for public office.
Annie:
I am the third of four children and the only girl... my brothers still complain that I am spoiled... and I have NO idea what they are talking about! I am also the "crazy" one in my family, or maybe I should say I am the most animated! I am the one on family camping trips making a fool of myself, and loving every minute of it!
I love music, all types from Alternative Rock, to Pop, to R&B/Rap, to Country, to the good ol' Oldies. Any time music is playing you will either hear me singing along, or dancing... but most likely you will see and hear both. In my family I am called the "Human Jukebox".
I am always starting new crafts and projects around the house. I have sewn curtains, and crib bumpers, painted abstract art for our walls, built a desk and shelves, and most recently I made a Tee Pee for my son's 3rd birthday. I am looking forward to re-tiling my shower, yeah, I know a little weird, but it's true!
I am a pretty spontaneous and passionate person. When I decide to do something it is usually quick and I am 100% committed. I am a bit of a baby, I joke that I cry watching commercials, but I have learned to embrace it. I try really hard to communicate well with others whether there is an issue to sort out or to just say I appreciate them.

Graham:
(from a mother's point of view) I am 3 yrs old and I LOVE trains!! I have a train set that everyday my mom and I build. For my birthday I got to ride on Thomas the Train, it was so much fun!
I really like to laugh and run. I always ask mom or dad to run so I can chase them. I pretend to be a scary monster and try to "get them".
I am learning a lot and I am saying pretty funny stuff! I always tell mom and dad that "It's okay" or "Don't Worry". I am a very sweet and sensitive boy and I love to give hugs and kisses! I like to make people laugh and I love making new friends at the playground. I love babies and am really gentle with my baby cousins.
We couldn’t be more excited about our decision to adopt. And are anxious to share our love with a new son or daughter.
We hope that we can get to know each other better and cultivate a relationship with you!
