Jeffrey & Ciara are hopeful adoptive parents from Colorado waiting to adopt a baby.

Birthmother Letter Dear Birth Parent(s) & Family,

We are grateful that you have taken the time to learn more about our family. It’s hard to know how to express ourselves and our feelings with just words, but we’re grateful you are contemplating adoption. We can't imagine all of the emotions you must be going through right now and we admire you so very much for this decision. It truly is one of the greatest acts of love, to be willing to give your baby the best life possible, and it shows great maturity and selflessness.

We both felt strongly that we should turn to adoption to add to our family rather than expensive medical alternatives because, for us, it is not as important how children come to this Earth as it is to be a mother and father.

We plan to have a home full of love and acceptance that is based on trust and communication. To us, a home of love provides support and encouragement, safety and stability, laughter and happiness. Our home will be a place where individual talents are celebrated and all areas of learning will be encouraged. Our child will know how much you love them, and the sacrifice you made to bring them into our family.

We both feel strongly that there is a child out there who is meant to be in our family and we cannot wait to share our love, dreams, and goals with them.

From Jeff about Ciara It's hard to find the right words to describe Ciara, she's just an all around great person. She has spent a good portion of her adult life working with and teaching children and I know she will make an excellent mother.

Here are a couple things about Ciara that most people don't know: She's bilingual and speaks Spanish fluently. She is an excellent cook, but really excels at making breakfast (her french toast is amazing). She plays the flute. She loves anything related to Disney (Disney World/Land, movies, etc). She loves water activities (boating, water skiing, wake boarding, going to the beach, etc). I could go on and on, but those are some of the highlights.

Ciara is a very caring individual. Everyone who knows her knows how happy she is and how much she cares for her friends and family. The more I get to know her the more I realize what a great mother she will be.

From Ciara about Jeff I have so many good things to say about Jeff. He is very loyal to family and friends, which I admire. He is close to his family and I especially love the way he treats his mother, which is always with the utmost respect and love. He loves to tickle and make people smile and giggle, and our child will definitely have a fun and playful daddy to play with. He is an excellent chef and has made some delicious meals. He is a hard worker and always gives his all at whatever he does. He is very smart and can figure out how do anything with just a little research! Anyone who knows him knows that he is an animal lover and loves all things with four legs. One of Jeff's characteristics that will make him a great dad is his willingness to serve those around him. He has a genuine concern for all those around him, and I am so happy to spend the rest of my life with him!!
