Roger & Meredith are hopeful adoptive parents from Georgia waiting to adopt a baby.

Dear Expectant Parents, It is with great respect that we sit down and write this letter. Your decision to create an adoption plan is not only courageous and loving, but it has to be extremely difficult. We pray that you find comfort and peace in the choice you have made. We are deeply honored to be considered as parents for your child. Thank you for being courageous and selfless. This child will be our first child and we are very excited to move into this next phase of our lives! We only hope that we can answer some of the questions you must have.

Our names are Roger and Meredith and we live in Georgia, not far from Atlanta. We both have dreamed of being parents and talked about it early in our relationship. After several unsuccessful pregnancies, it was only natural that we wanted to adopt. We are thrilled with our decision and are excited to move forward with our dream of building a family through adoption!

About Us We met at a restaurant and dated for two and a half years prior to our marriage. After we met, we soon found out that our parents were friends many years ago. Incredibly, they have pictures of the two of us together as babies. Through our conversation we discovered our fathers were best friends in high school! Through the years, our families lot contact; but fortunately we brought everyone back together. It was meant to be! We were married on August 6, 2005 and had the best wedding day a couple could ask for!

We both love our jobs! Roger is in the industry of home electronics s a custom installer and programmer. He never has a dull moment and has even had opportunities to work in many celebrity homes! He does anything from the simple jobs to the most complex jobs. Roger has a flexible schedule which allows him to set aside a lot of time for the family.

Meredith is a middle school art teacher. Being a teacher allows her to have the summers off to spend time with our precious baby! She loves working with children and seeing their excitement for learning. As a teacher, she has the opportunity to make a difference and change the future for each of her students. Meredith also just earned a master’s degree in education with a 4.0!

We love our summers and are able to go on many vacations! Our family owns condos in Florida; therefore, we visit the beach many times each summer! Roger’s brother is in the Coast Guard and is stationed in San Francisco. It is extremely fun to visit him with the entire family. We pray that our dreams of adopting a child will be in our near future so we can share the fun experiences and be one big happy family!

Our Amazing Family We are lucky enough to have the majority of our family near. Our three year old niece is only two mile down the road and it is fun to have popcorn and movie nights whenever we wish! She is our little rascal that keeps us extremely happy. Our families love to have fun. It is not rare to catch us playing Bunco and Charades when we are all together! Our family is extremely excited about our adoption plan and supports us 110%! In fact, our family has even come up with a babysitting schedule. We are blessed enough to have so many family members near, which makes childcare available whenever we are working!

We also have two furry family members! They are both lapdogs…one that is 10 pounds and one that is 75 pounds! Tyler and Bella are wonderful and gentle dogs who love to snuggle and play. They are so cute! They adore our niece and all of our friends’ children. We can’t wait for our child to play with them!
