Jay & Michelle are hopeful adoptive parents from Texas waiting to adopt a baby.
If you are pregnant and considering placing your child for adoption, please read the following Dear Birthmother Letter.

Dear Birth Parents:
Thank you for viewing our profile. Although we cannot possibly fully understand the feelings and emotions you are going through at this time in your life, we want to say thank you and really appreciate that you are considering this selfless and courageous decision of adoption. We are Christian couple who have tried unsuccessfully to conceive a child through natural means. It is important for you to know that we have not chosen adoption as a last chance, but as an alternative. With that being said, we would like to adopt your child and experience the joys of seeing the child grow mentally, physically and spiritually. Jay and I have a loving Christian home. We are financially capable of providing a loving home and bright future for your child. We will raise the child in a positive atmosphere with care, guidance and most of all, love.
About our Life
Jay and I met in 1999 through a mutual friend. Jay is a real go-getter. After numerous attempts of asking me out on a date, I finally gave in. We had such a great time that I often wonder why I turned him down so many times. As we dated, our romance blossomed. We were married in 2001, and in the same year, we built our home. We live in a family friendly neighborhood. All of our neighbors are very friendly and you could say that we watch out for each other. Our home is situated on a cul-de-sac with a large, oversized backyard with plenty of room for a swingset, playhouse and sandbox. Each day children come out to play in our neighborhood. We are an animal-friendly household and have two dogs, Pokey and Nick. Pokey is outgoing and Nick is laid back. We also have two cats, Dakota and Cheyenne. Dakota and Cheyenne are older, so they mostly just lay around our home. We enjoy traveling. We have traveled to Mexico, the Bahamas, Jamaica and various states within the United States. We are real history buffs and enjoy learning other cultures. We also have fun traveling in our RV. We enjoy staying at State Parks, where we go bicycling, fishing and on nature walks. When we are not traveling, we enjoy working in our yard together.
About Us
About Jay:
I was born and raised in a small town in the midwest (Nebraska). I was the youngest of 4 siblings raised by two loving parents who have been married for a very long time. I have 3 older sisters. I have numerous nieces and nephews and extended family. As a small child, I enjoyed fishing and outdoor activities such as bicycling to dirt bike riding on the river near my town. I was also a cub scout and enjoyed camping and outdoor adventures with other cubscouts. I was very social and outgoing and had numerous friends. Upon graduating from high school, I joined the military and began a 5 year adventure in the Navy. I sailed around the world twice and had the opportunity to experience different cultures. I now work in the transportation industry and attend college part-time (I am almost complete).
About Michelle:
I was born and raised in a family-oriented town in Texas. I have one brother who is two years younger than me. I had a very happy and active childhood. I was active in softball. My team even won the city championship. I also enjoyed throwing the shotput and discus in junior high. In high school, I was a member of the band. After high school, I graduated from college and attained my CPA license. I currently work for a law firm. I have a close family and enjoy weekend get togethers. Many of my cousins have infants or small childen, so when Jay and I adopt a child he or she will have many family members to play with.
Thank You
We sincerely thank you for getting to know us a little better! We can't wait to adopt your child! As we mentioned earlier, we enjoy traveling and learning about other cultures. Please know that your child will be raised into a family that strongly believes in our culture, religion and family values. Also, we believe in open adoption and will keep in touch with letters and pictures if you so desire.
With warmest regards,
Jay and Michelle
