Dear Birth Mother We would like you to consider us as parents for your child as we have an open place in our lives for a child to be loved and nurtured. We realize that the decision you are about to make is one of the most difficult that anyone faces.

Our names are Patty and John and we look forward to letting you know a little about us.

We are extremely excited to be parents. After many failed attempts to become pregnant, we know what we really want. We want to be parents to a child, to love, nuture and provide the best possible life for them.

We can offer your child a wonderful home full of love, trust, wonder and learning. We know we can encourage your child to live out their dreams and support them along the way.


Our Life
We met over 7 years ago. After dating for only 4 months we knew that we were right for each other. Our marriage of over 6 years is one of trust, love, understanding, respect and humor. We know we are very lucky to have found each other.

We love to golf, but enjoy running, biking, hiking, going to baseball games and seeing concerts and plays.

We also love to travel to new places and learn to look for new adventures in our own backyard. Many of the pictures are from our travels. We look forward to sharing the world with your child.

Our Home
We live in a comfortable home in a suburb of Seattle. Our neighborhood has lots of children, as well as good schools and good parks nearby. The Seattle area is a wonderful place to raise a child with lots of kid friendly activities year round.

About Us About Patty
If I can say one thing about Patty it is that she is the sweetest person I know. She’s active, intelligent, caring and witty. I love that we usually find that we have a giggle or two each night before we fall asleep.

Patty loves children. She has known she wanted to teach all her life. Her 5th grade students are so fortunate in that she deeply cares that each child achieves as much as they can.

Her nieces and nephews adore her. Your child will have her utmost devotion and love.

About John
John is a wonderful guy. He is a software engineer for an aerospace company.

I feel so lucky to have met him and even luckier to be his wife. He is very loving and he makes me laugh. He always looks out for me and takes care of me and I know he would do the same with our child. He is wonderful with our 4 nieces and 2 nephews. They love their Uncle John and like to wear him out whenever possible! He is a fantastic cook and usually cooks dinner several nights a week for us.
