Levi & Jenny are hopeful adoptive parents from Texas waiting to adopt a baby.

If you are pregnant and considering placing your child for adoption, please read the following Dear Birthmother Letter.

Allow us to introduce ourselves Dear Birth Parents,

We would like to thank you for taking the time to review our profile. We understand that this is an important decision for you and would like to take this opportunity to tell you that we respect you for considering the decision to find a loving family and home for your child. We pray you will be guided in making the best decision for you and your child.

Please allow us to introduce ourselves: our names are Levi and Jenny. Levi and I met on a blind date. Levi had an uncle who was a surgeon at the hospital where I worked as a nurse. One day his uncle asked me for my phone number to give to his nephew (Levi) who was living with him while attending college. Levi called me later that week and we went on our first date. We have now been happily married for ten years. Levi’s uncle never lets him forget how much he owes him for setting him up on the blind date and obviously, we are very grateful.
A bit more about Levi and Jenny I (Levi) am now a Senior Project Manager with a great company. I work with a team that finds better, cheaper, and quicker ways to process work for the company. I am responsible for improving the operations for our engineering and environment products. So far my job has taken to Denver, CO and Portland, OR, and Gdansk, Poland. I don’t travel much but have enjoyed the experiences of visiting new places in the world. I find great fulfillment in my job. In my professional responsibilities there are few things more exciting to me than going home at the end of the day knowing that I solved a new problem or found a way to improve the company. I love hearing my colleagues tell me, “That’s a great idea. I’ve been doing this job for years and never thought of doing it that way.” Outside of my profession, I enjoy playing and watching basketball, volunteering with the Boy Scouts, reading, fishing, working on home projects, and riding bikes and taking walks with my family. Before college, I served a mission for my church and spent two years living in Argentina. It was a wonderful experience—full of trying situations and joyful events. The one thing that I learned most is that there is no substitute for hard work. I work very hard to give my family a good life, both in terms of financial support, but more importantly in terms of my time. My current position allows me to begin working before my family is up in the morning so I can return home early in the afternoon to be with them. I love my wife very much and there is nothing in my life I place above her. I want you to know why I love Jenny so much—she is such a patient and kind person and she makes me feel so good when I’m around her. I know there is nothing she would not do for me. Jenny is my best friend and is the sweetest, gentlest person I’ve known.

I (Jenny) am a stay-at-home mom. Although I worked for many years as a Registered Nurse, I stopped working once my husband finished college. Levi is a very hard worker and has helped make my life more comfortable and enjoyable. I love him so much and am blessed to share my life with someone who is so smart and talented. I love that Levi is so family oriented and is so willing to spend his time with our daughter Sydney and I when he could be spending time away from us. He is very understanding and really puts life in perspective. Besides spending time with my family, I enjoy scrap booking, reading, and cooking. I like to watch sports with my husband and our whole family enjoys movies. I love to go on family day trips and I love the beach. My primary goal is to raise a good family who become responsible and considerate citizens. I would also like to continue to volunteer in the church and community. My purpose and dream is for my children to enjoy their lives and prepare for the opportunities ahead.
A bit more about Sydney We have a daughter named Sydney who is eight years old. Sydney is full of personality. She likes school and is excited for our community pool to open so she can go swimming. She loves to ride her bike and we go on a family bike ride almost every day. She also enjoys dancing, singing, helping in the kitchen, playing games, reading books, drawing, and playing with her dolls. Sydney can’t make up her mind if she wants a brother or sister, but she knows that she wants a sibling. She will be a great big-sister.
A bit more about our family Wherever we have lived we’ve always enjoyed the local attractions. While living in California, we would visit National parks—like Yosemite and Sequoia, the beach, and Disneyland. In Georgia, we liked to visit Savannah, Tybee Island, and the sights in Atlanta. We have loved Texas so far and have enjoyed visiting San Antonio, Austin, and the coast. We’re excited to explore more.

As we hear the stories of other families who have already adopted children, we have come to learn of the great benefit that can be realized by continued correspondence with the birthmother (you!) well into the future. We want you to know we will be open to communication via letters, pictures, emails, and visits to the extent you are comfortable with.

Our extended family is very supportive in our efforts to adopt. Most of our extended family is not nearby but we have been able to visit them yearly and we keep in contact with phone calls and e-mails.
We would love to be able to share our home, life, and love with another child. We are excited to add to our family and provide a nurturing home. Simply put, there is something not whole to us and we are prayerful that God will help us find a child to join our family. We will strive each day to provide a child with a life of opportunity, comfort, support and love. We thank you for taking the time to review our family’s profile and wish you the best in making this important decision.

Thank you again with all our hearts,

Levi and Jenny
