Len & Linda are hopeful adoptive parents from Texas waiting to adopt a baby.

If you are pregnant and considering placing your child for adoption, please read the following Dear Birthmother Letter.

Dear Birth Mother: We want to begin by saying Thank You for making such an unselfish, loving and courageous decision to plan adoption for your baby. We believe God has a plan for everyone and know that His wonderful and perfect plan is for us to adopt a child. We are very grateful and know it will mean the realization of our heartfelt dream to become parents. Words can never express the overwhelming gratitude we feel for you.

About Us and Our Family:
For as long as we can both remember, we have wanted to be parents. We have been happily married for over 13 years and feel truly blessed that God brought us together. Marriage has matured us, taught us to be patient and be more flexible. We are very much in love, and most of all, best friends.

We were both raised in strong, loving Christian families. Linda has one older brother and younger twin sisters. Her parents have been married for over 50 years. Len has a younger sister and brother. His parents have been married 46 years. We have 3 nieces and 3 nephews. Family is very important to us and we get together often. We have created many wonderful memories at the family weekend home in the mountains and on other vacations with family and close friends. We look forward to making many more.

We are very hard working, outgoing and social. We enjoy cooking together, house projects, working outside, exercising, reading, watching movies together, traveling and spending time with friends.
We have a new puppy named Samson. He is a Shih-Poo (Shih-Tzu & Poodle). We adopted him when he was 2 ½ months old. He is now 7 months old. He is extremely social, has made many new friends and as you can see, he is adorable. We can’t imagine our lives without him.
About Linda by Len: Linda is outgoing, social and makes friends easily. She is attentive to other's needs and is a good listener. She is one of the most caring, giving and loving people I have ever known. She is very passionate about me, her family and friends, her real estate business, her health and mostly the day she will become a mother. She gives much of her time to others and has developed many wonderful friendships through her involvement. When she is not with me or Samson, she is usually working or spending time with friends. Friendships are extremely important to Linda. Laughter is one of her favorite attributes.

Linda's interests are exercise, mentoring and encouraging young military wives. She also enjoys baking, decorating, antiques, sewing, remodeling and updating homes, real estate, travel and serving on non-profit organization boards, reading and staying home watching movies with me.

Linda loves quotes! Two of her favorites that her mother always tells her are: "Don't be a spectator in Life" and "Don't let anyone steal your joy".
Linda's favorite scripture is "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me." Phil 4:13

She is my biggest cheerleader and my greatest fan. She takes the positive side of things. She is a "glass half full" kind of girl! She has the most optimistic outlook on life of any person I know. Life to her is an adventure. I thank God for her.
About Len by Linda: Len is an outgoing, friendly, kind, generous and sometimes light-hearted person. He is the spiritual leader of our family and my best friend. He is the most caring, dependable and generous person I know. Len lives his life with intensity and passion. He gives all of himself to me, his friends, family, work and church. He loves life and finds relationships to be his greatest treasure. Len is happiest when he is surrounded by friends and family.

His interests include physical fitness, landscaping, golf, cooking, reading, public speaking, teaching, remodeling, flying, social activities and staying home watching movies with me.

Len is very patriotic and has enjoyed serving our great country as a military officer for over 14 years. He is very proud of his vocation and enjoys his co-workers and families. They are not only friends they are extended family away from family. His job allows him to enjoy many adventures and challenges that every little boy dreams about.

Over the years he has had the opportunity to mentor teenagers at church and young men and women during deployments. This is a continued individual interest of his. Developing close friendships is also extremely important to him.

Len is more than I could have ever hoped and dreamed for in a husband. He has the most loving and tender open heart. He has a gentle kind spirit and I know he is going to be the most amazing father. God blessed my life abundantly and eternally when He brought Len into my life.
Closing Thoughts: It is important for you to know that we love the Lord and have a Christ-centered marriage that we nurture regularly. We attend church and are involved in Sunday school. We really look forward to getting our child involved in Sunday school, and believe the importance of raising our children to have a strong spiritual foundation. We look forward to teaching them all about God and the bible.

We work hard to stay focused on our family and life goals. Here are a few examples of goals we have for our children. We hope that they have a deep respect and love for the Lord and their family. We would like for them to be well educated and graduate from college. We want our children to have a strong sense of self-worth and believe that anything is possible if they set their mind to it. And we will teach them to live life with passion. We will support their dreams, and encourage them to be the best they can be. We will be their number one cheerleaders!

Most importantly, we want our children to know that they have a family who will always love them unconditionally. We want to raise our children from an early age to know that they are adopted and that they have their own special story to tell.

As you can see, we have so much to share with a child. You should know that your child will have an abundance of love and will live a life strong in faith, family values, friendships, education and life experiences. We thank you again for blessing us with such an amazing gift and want you to know that we will cherish and love this baby every single day of our lives. May God bless you all the days of your life.

With love and admiration,
Linda and Len
