It seems as though our destination here at Parent Profiles has been determined long before we knew what was in store for us. The journey to this point has been difficult, but also very rewarding. I believe that our marriage is much stronger than it would have been without infertility, and that we are much closer than a lot of couples we know. For that I am grateful. But in retrospect, all of the difficulties we faced just kind of seem like they were preparation for this step, to be ready for the child that is going to enter our lives. I think we are where we need to be physically, emotionally, and relationship-wise. We're ready!
