This is Zach on our sealing day at the temple. Isn't he just too cute! Even though it is very light outside this is actually very late for Zach. He is generally an early to bed kid (about 630ish) so when this picture was taken it was at about 800pm! He had had a very long day and an eventful day inside the temple! So we were surprised at how happy he did look!

This picture was taken many years ago, while we were still dating! Some of our goals in life were the same as now and some were different. We loved to go to dinner, movies, concerts, and just have fun - the same as now! Now we like to go to the local lake and swim on a lazy day and spent quality time with family near and far.

Once we decided to marry we spoke of children often; we always knew that we wanted to adopt. We always thought adoption was going to happen once we had our children, not because we had not been able to have children. As the years progressed and still no children we decided to wait until we had both reached out 30's and if no children by then we knew it would mean that the Lord wanted us to adopt.

So here we are, respectively solidly in our 30's. We now have one son through an amazing sister-in-law that surrogated for us. We have spent an most of our married life traveling, having fun, and grow more in love every year. Our life is far from perfect, but it certainly gets better all the time.
