Happy Mother's Day to everyone! I have so much respect for all of the birthmoms who make the selfless decision to put their children up for adoption. I realize it is an extremely difficult decision and I applaud you for your courage.

We celebrated my dad's birthday this past weekend! All the grandkids helped blow out the candles. Happy Birthday Grandpa!!!

Last night was the Pinewood Derby for the Cub Scouts! It was our son's first year participating. He had so much fun making his car with Dad. Good job!

This weekend we went to the Rockies game w/ my parents, brother, and nephew. It was fun, even though the Rockies lost! BOO HOO!

So, we had a fantastic Easter even though it was a little colder here than planned! The kids had the Easter egg hunt inside and had to follow clues to find their Easter baskets.
More pictures coming soon!!!

Yesterday we went to the zoo! It was beautiful here...almost 65 for MARCH! All the animals were out enjoying the day as well!
We are looking forward to getting together with family this weekend to celebrate Easter. We're having an egg hunt for all of the kids. Happy Easter to you as well!

Yesterday we made cinnamon rolls! Everyone took a turn rolling out the dough. The recipe is supposed to be a clone of a CINNABON. I love those! It passed!!!! So, we will be having them for brunch with our family on Easter.

On Saturday, we celebrated my mom and our nephew's birthday. It was his 1st and Grandma's 29th AGAIN!

Last night we went to the game! It was Denver Nuggets vs Phoenix Suns. They had a basketball clinic before the game and our son was able to participate. We also got to see Shaquille O'Neal! He is HUGE! It was a fun night!
Our adoption journey has been quite the experience! We have experienced highs and lows and everything in between. Some might say it has been a bit of a roller coaster ride, but we are in it for the long haul!! We truly believe there is a child out there that will come into our family through this amazing and incredible process!
