Almost everyone was here for the Christmas holiday. Lauren, dim with pictures cannot figure out how to upload a new picture, that will happen later perhaps. Hoping the new year brings us that special child looking for a loving secure home.

Today, the day before Thanksgiving we are baking apple pies, picking up our organic turkey and trying to find room in our fridge for all the goodies. Tommorow will be a wonderful celebration with friends and family. I am thankful to be searching for a child to become part of my family.

Well now I have to get serious about the game. Charlie's sister, Alexa and her husband Peter and the kids; Mathew and Marika are spending next weekend with us. We love it when they come for the weekend. We make pancakes and watch movies and this weekend we will have to figure out what goodies to take to the football game.

It is Halloween 2007 we had many bees, princesses, goblins and witches to attend to. We are longing to have our own little one to take around the neighborhood.

Halloween was a success and now we are looking forward to the football game with the niece and nephew. Lauren doesn't get football at all but the kids love it so she is bringing hot cider sandwhiches, hot chocolate, apples, fruit roll-ups, hot coffee and blankets. Charlie does get football and he will be hooting and hollering while Mathew and Marika explain the game.
