We celebrated my godson's 2nd birthday today. A dinosaur theme. My job, putting fake T-Rex tattoos on all the kids and video camera guy. It was such a fun party! Keith

We are off to New York today. We are visiting with one of my best friends, as well one of our other girlfriends is getting married. My mom and Nephew left earlier this week - so sad to see them leave. We had such a great and very busy visit. We went to Kings Dominion theme park, the Metro Richmond Zoo, the IMAX Theater, the NC Museum of Natural Science, we drove go karts, played mini golf and video games, watched movies, and swam almost everyday. Carlie

My mom and our nephew arrive tomorrow. 10 days with a 9 year old; we better get a goods night rest.

We got 4 Fancy Goldfish today; their names: Chowder,
Suzie Q, Jovi & Cosmo. They are too cute and so funny to watch. I just love them. Carlie

We are off to Winnipeg, Canada today. My Brother is getting married. I am so very excited! We are going to meet our newest nephew and soon to be sister-in-law for the first time, as well see my brother, my parents and our other nephew. I can't wait. Carlie

We went to see the movie The Dark Knight last night with friends at the IMAX Theatre. It was amazing. Keith

Our girlfriend arrives today. She is down from Connecticut to spend 5 days with all her girlfriends - she is getting married in September. Can't wait to see her. Carlie

Everyone leaves today, vacation is over, so sad to see everyone go. We had a great visit. We went to Wet ‘n Wild Emerald Point, the beach, the Carolina Outlet Mall, the State Farmers Market and of course ate way to much. Keith

Keith's mom and stepdad arrive today, his brother tomorrow. We are so very excited to see them, and be on vacation. Carlie

I babysat Keith's godson after work today. We played cars, read books and chit-chatted for hours. I will sleep like a baby tonight. Carlie

I am babysitting Keith's godson today after work - I can't wait. He is chatting so much now; every time I see him he is speaking so many new words. He is at such a fun age; I just have the best time hanging out with him. Carlie

We spent most of the Memorial Day Holiday with friends. Friends of ours had a BBQ at their home. We all sat in the hot sun, cooled off our feet in the kiddy pool and ate way too much. Carlie

Carlie & I golfed with friends. It was extremely warm in the Raleigh area today. It is no doubt that summer is here. Keith

Keith and I golfted yesterday. I only had 9 strokes more then him. He was easy on me, I hit from the front tee box. Carlie

Celebrated Mother's Day a week early - my parents are leaving on the 10th. Mom and I went for lunch, we had a pedicure and our eyebrows waxed. Girls Day! Carlie

We golfed today with Carlie's parents. Keith

Carlie and I babysat my godson today. We spent the day at The Museum of Life and Science. Carlie and my Godson's favorite part; the butterflies - mine; all the different insects. We all had a fantastic day. Keith

Back from Florida yesterday - we had a great trip. We, got some sun, hung out at the beach/pool, played some golf and ate a lot of fresh fish. We went to Tarpon Springs, which is a little Mediterranean Community famous for their Sponge Docks - it was a really neat place and we got to sample some authentic Greek Cuisine. Thanks for the wonderful surprise vacation Keith. Carlie

We are off to visit my parents in Florida today - staying with them in their RV. It was actually a surprise mini vacation. Keith planned the whole trip, and told me about the big secret last night. Everyone that knew, my boss,our parents and friends were able to keep all the details hush hush - I am very impressed. I am so excited and we are trilled to see my parents. Carlie

Happy 1st Day of Spring! The grass is so green, our tulips are starting to appear and our trees are flowering - spring has sprung here in North Carolina. Keith & Carlie

We have chosen our Pediatric office - Carolina Kids Pediatrics. We have had several recommendations from our friends and our Family Doctor; they are all parents. We have done several Pediatric office tours - which we really enjoyed doing. Carlie

Keith and I went to see Bon Jovi last evening in concert. It was an amazing show. I crimped my hair in honor of the 80's. We had a great time. Carlie

Keith started painting the Nursery today. We chose warm colors, shades of vanilla and brown sugar. We will take a pictue when it is all done. Carlie

Off to see the Toronto Maple Leafs vs the Carolina Hurricanes this evening. Keep all your fingers and toes crossed that Toronto wins this one. Keith

Keith and I went for a massage today. It was completely relaxing. Carlie

My Mother and I, and a couple of my girlfriends went to a cooking class this morning. We had such good time. I can't wait to taste all wonderful meals that we prepared. Carlie

Happy 2008! Carlie and I had a wonderful New Year's Eve Night with friends. We went to PF Changs to eat; has become one of our New Year's Eve traditions. We sat at the Captin's Table, pretty neat. We rang in the New Year back at our house playing Scattergories. Everyone had a great night. Keith

Merry Christmas and thank you Santa! We just finished a tasty Turkey Lunch with all the fixing's. Keith made my Mom's family's traditional recipe for "Duff" - yummy. We are off to spend the rest of the day with friends. We are excited to see our friend's boys experience Christmas this year, now that they are a little older. Carlie

Happy Christmas Eve, one more sleep. Carlie and I went to see the Polar Express at the IMAX Theater - amazing. We went to Christmas Eve Mass and then to a friend's house for a delicious supper. We just finished lighting our Luminaries, what a wonderful glow. I hope we can get to sleep tonight, because Santa Claus is coming to town! Keith

We had our cookie exchange last night. The 5 of us girls. I baked snowballs and chocolate mini marshmallow cookies - 2 of my childhood favorites that my mom use to bake. Yummy, what delicious cookies we all baked. Carlie

Carlie and I went to a hockey game this evening. Our team, The Toronto Maple Leafs were playing. We are very sad to say that we lost 3-2 in overtime. It was an awesome game and we had a great time despite the defeat. Keith

We finally put up our Christmas Tree. We are late getting it up this year. We have had such a busy month. We get a real tree every year, it looks so beautiful. Carlie

Back home. Myrtle Beach was great and the weather was wonderful. My favorite part - playing Pictionary. Girls against the guys, the girls won of course. Carlie

We are off to Myrtle Beach, SC. A weekend of shopping for the girls and golfing for the guys. Carlie and I are looking forward to our 2nd Annual Golfing/Shopping Weekend Get Away with friends - the 6 of us are going. Keith

Mom and I shopped until we dropped. I almost have all of my Christmas shopping done. We had a great day together. Carlie

Carlie, her dad/mom and I hung the outdoor Christmas lights today. The house looks great. Keith

Keith and I had a great holiday weekend. We had a wonderful time visiting with our friend - she loves to cook. We shopped, chatted, cooked and ate all weekend; she shared some of her delectable new recipes. She flew home this morning; so wish our visit was longer. We had a fabulous Thanksgiving gathering at a friends house; the food was plentiful and scrumptious. My parents will be back for a visit this Friday; can't wait to see them again. They will be helping us put up our Christmas tree next weekend. We have so much to be thankful for. Carlie
