This tree is the perfect climbing tree. Olivia kept running over to it and would climb higher every time. She practiced enough that by the time we left, she was climbing higher than I was comfortable with and then would sit on the lower branches just so she didn't have to get out of that tree.

Finally got the boat out, yay! We fished, but didn't catch anything. I don't think anyone really cared, it was just nice being on the boat. Olivia took her bike and rode around with her cousins. We played at the park with the kids, swam every chance we could and ate good food. It's been such a fun day. I love Memorial weekend, it's finally Summer!

We went camping this weekend. Liv was so excited to have her own camp chair that's just her size. We made smores, of course, and banana boats. Yum, my favorite.

Olivia had gymnastics today and did great. There was a new little girl in class and Liv introduced herself then asked if she wanted to be her friend and play with her. Kids are so amazing. They make friends so quickly. Liv was excited to have a new friend, but it made it hard for her to concentrate. She really just wanted to talk and talk. Little social butterfly. :)

My friend's son turns two on Monday. Cinco de Mayo! I always remember his birthday. We are having dinner and cake with them. His present is easy, he loves cars. It's really fun buying for a boy since we are all girl here.

We went to an indoor pool this week with Liv and let her play. She loves the water. She's funny too, it's all about the fashion. She packed her suit but then spent another 15 minutes switching between the purple one and the blue one. She finally settled on the one with matching board shorts because it was still cold outside. Love her reasoning!

Yay! Just activated our profile and to celebrate, we are going to the park. I'm pretty sure we would have gone anyway, but now it'll be even more fun. :) I'm excited and ready for this adventure.

We have bunnies in our yard and Olivia has fallen in love with them. She wants to keep them as pets and buy carrots for them to eat. Since she can't snuggle with the real ones, she ran upstairs and got her favorite stuffed bunny and has been carrying him around. Good thing she can't get the real ones, she squeezes that poor bunny with all her little might!

Olivia and I are playing with her Polly Pockets dolls. My job is to put on pants (so much harder than dresses) and put them in the car. Polly and friends are going swimming. I think Liv is ready to get outside for summer weather too.

My youngest brother is graduating from High School this June and we just bought plane tickets to go. I'm so excited! His announcement pic is so cute, and I just can't wait to see him in the cap and gown. I'm just not sure what to get for his graduation present though. Ugh, he's so hard to buy for!

I made smoothies today. They bombed with Liv but my niece thought they were great. She came over to play this morning and literally danced her way around the house. She's loves coming over and I'm so glad for that. She and Liv are great friends.

It's gorgeous today, can't wait to get out capris and flip flops!

We are going to the zoo this weekend to see the baby animals. Liv is going to love it. Last year she fed the miniature goats but wasn't so sure about the the feeling of their tongues on her palm. Her surprised face was so funny! :)

I have so many friends that are expecting or have just had babies. Our little one will have lots of friends to play with. Jenny is due any day now with her first baby and Jennifer just had a girl. My brother and his wife are ready to start their family (finally!). My friend Kristina is adopting again and she's talking to a birth mom.

Time for dinner, I'm making salmon. Yum, yum, yum.

It's getting warm and I'm so excited!

It's windy today so we are going to make kites with Olivia's cousins. The kite is white plastic and we are going to draw all over them. Can hardly wait to see 4 little kites flying with funny people drawn all over them. This will be better than drawings on the refrigerator. :)

Liv is so messy! Spaghetti is her favorite food, but she plays with it more than she eats it.

One of my friends just had a baby. We went to see her and she's just GORGEOUS! She is so tiny and perfect. I loved holding a newborn again. I hope we don't have to wait too long for another baby. I miss snuggling with a little one so much!
