A couple of months have passed since we last wrote. We just finished our kitchen remodel and are excited how it turned out.
Kim has been busy making peach jam, peach pies, frozen peaches, etc. this week and sharing them with others. We love peaches.
Last week we were over at our neighbor's home and their three kids, ages 6, 3, & 1 piled on Bart's knees and had him to read to them. It was so fun to watch. He'll be such a great dad someday.

We have been remodeling our kitchen...putting in wood floors, painting, knocking out a half wall and putting in an oak banister. It has been quite a project. Bart is such a great worker. He can do it all. We have a long way to go before it's completed, but it will look great when it's done.

Happy 4th!!! Today we went to Idaho to spend some time with Bart's family. We drove to a car show and had a good time seeing old classics, hot rods, and newer cars. This makes Bart want to get his car up and running. (He is currently restoring a '78 Pontiac TransAm). That night we drove to the reservoir and watched fireworks. What a great country we live in!!! It was a nice weekend. It is always nice to spend time with family.
