We have been directing the youth production "Willy Wonka" for the past couple months. The cast has 60 kids from the ages 5-18 years old. It has been a lot of fun, but a lot of work. We have no rehearsals through the month of December because of the holidays, but will start rehearsing again starting in January.

Chad and I had a lot of fun on Halloween. We hadn't dressed up in a couple years, so we decided we needed to. It is starting to get cold and we finally had our first snowfall.

We just got back from our yearly trip to Lake Powell. Each year this trip involves Chad's entire family. A houseboat full with 25+ people for a week, you think would were a little crazy, but it is tons of fun! We spent our time, swimming, riding the wave runners, hiking, eating, playing in the sand, and whatever else we could think of. It is always hard to get home from lake powell and have the rocking stop.

We are sad to see summer go so fast, but school has begun and this is Tina's last year! She graduates with a Bachelors Degree in Elementary Education. Chad continues his studies in Biology to fulfill his dream of studying animal behavior. He is getting close to the end, and is full-filling another dream by publishing his book. Tina continues to teach piano and plans on teaching piano for years to come as of right now, so she is able to be home most of the day.

We have been enjoying the summer and spending as much time as we can outside. The summer was filled with reunions, BBQ's, concerts, and swimming. To bad the summer is coming to an end and school is about to begin.
Chad and I are getting ready to direct a youth production called "Willie Wonka." We love working with the little ones and love the experience. It seems crazy to be working with 50-60 children at once, but it sure is a fun time!

We are exciting to be in the adoption process. After a couple years of testing, we found out about one year ago that we were unable to have any children biologically. We have been married for 5 years and are looking forward to bringing little ones into our home. We are having a lot of fun this summer and cannot believe it is already time for fireworks! We love summer time because we can play outside more often. We were able to celebrate our 5th Anniversary at Walt Disney World to start our summer out right! It was tons of fun! we look forward to posting more in the near future! :)
