All of us went to LBI (Long Beach Island, NJ) for a vacation. We stayed in a 5 bedroom 3 bath condo near the beach. This was Coco's first beach vacation!! She had a blast. The weather was beautiful and we were constantly busy. Jeff's cousins from PA visited us (see picture in album) and we also spent a lot of time with my family (see picture in album). My uncle has a summer home on the island and my parents drove down to spend the day with all of us. We relaxed, read books on the beach, rode our bikes, took walks with the dog and she also went swimming!! Coco makes friends where ever she goes. All the kids love her and they want to pet her. It's so cute when she gives them kisses and they giggle.

It was a great vacation and we hope to do it again next summer.

Today I worked. I had an appointment to show a townhouse for clients of mine in my development where I live and they liked it very much. Tomorrow, I am showing them new construction in a 55+ adult community. They own a beautiful split level home with a huge backyard. They are not ready to place it on the market for sale just yet because they want to find something to purchase first and then they might rent their home or try to sell it.
