This is Jeramy. Jess said I should do a journal entry every now and then, so instead of working on my biochemistry tonight, here I am.

This new semester is well underway and I'm already in over my head. To top it off, we got a new puppy, Allie, who still doesn't sleep through the night. Jess says it's good practice and yet I'm the one that gets up with her all through the night.

Jess got me some neat things for my birthday...if only I had time every day to go fishing and camping. Jess just finished school so that has freed up a lot of time for her. She's so glad to be done. She's been cooking a lot more, which she loves to do...and I love it too:-)

Well, better get back to my homework...

It's Tuesday morning, and I have a lot to be thankful for. Jermay turns 25 today, he is the single most important thing in my life. Our relationship makes us want to have a family more than anything. Our love and devotion to each other is centered around the family, and we KNOW that we need to adopt right now.

We have had some interest in our profile. The process is very exciting. Jeramy and I love to talk about what the future might be holding for us.

I graduate this week with my Bachelors Degree....so I'm on the hunt for a project at home! I may start painting things, I just need to wait for Jeramy to get to school!

Well, me (Jessie) being the more outspoken one, will probably be doing most of the writing here. We just finished our home study and are really excited about what our future might hold. We have wanted kids since we were married, and with no luck, we decided that adoption was a great avenue for us. We both have distant relatives who have adopted, but we hadn't had any close experiences with it. We are boh a little apprehensive with the wait, but we are used to roller coasters!

Jess's family always said that I was a born mother. My mom said she wanted a bunch of kids, but with each one she actually had, she decreased the number. I remember always saying I wanted 12 kids, so that I could narrow it down to 8. My sister has 6 kids, and it's helped me rethink that number!

We want kids so bad we can taste it. We want more than 1 or 2, we want many kids. We just need to find them first.
