Another fun weekend! We keep forgetting to bring our camera around with us so we can post more pics of the kind of things we do, and how we spend our time. The weather was so perfect this weekend. Yesterday we wandered around the city and happened in on a street festival. Today we drove to the suburbs for a great 5+ mile hike through some pretty hilly woods. We saw some great nature, which we didn't even realize was so close to home. We'll definitely be back!

Just got back from a long day at the Renaissance Faire. We love going there every summer. We were looking at all of the families there and all of the things for children to do, and we can't wait until we can bring our child with us. It'll be so fun to see it for the first time through his/her eyes.

We thought we were done with our profile, birthparent letter, etc. when we finished our home study. Doing this all over again is tough! But we're certain it'll be worth it.
