The reason I have decided to adopt:
Lloyd and I had met on a match website. From the day we met we felt an instant connection to each other and we felt we were meant for each other and knew we wanted to be together forever. We been together since 2001.

In 2003, he asked me to marry him, I was ready from the day we met. After we got married we talked about having kids together. I already had my boys, and they were older, and Lloyd never had the chance to raise a child from birth. So our journey began.

After several years of trying to get pregnant and having fertility treatments and no success, we thought god had another plan for us.

So, we decided to pursue adoption. We wanted to raise a baby together and share the love we have for each other with a baby we can raise together. We have had baby names picked out since we started this journey (Boy-Skylar - to us meaning a miracle baby brought to us from the sky and heavens, and Serenity for a girl, because to us, she brought us peace and happiness in being able to raise her together.
