We had friends here this weekend. It was fun to spend some quality time outdoors with them and their teenage son. The weather was great today! Billinda has made 2 fall wreaths that are adorable.

We are just completing our profile to post on Parent Profiles.

On 8/24/09, we were present for the birth of a baby girl...we were chosen 2 moths prior by her mother. We took our baby girl home and she was incredible. Unfortunately for us, the birth mother changed her mind 8 days later. We were devastated!

In those 8 days, we realized just how special a baby is...you can never truely know until you experience it. A few people have said they think we should take some time before trying to adopt again, however, this experience was so rewarding, we are ready to try again!

We have our nursery ready!
